They were on time for the estimate and on time for the work that was performed. They removed my old shingles, tar paper, and vents and replaced them with new underlayment and GAF Timberline Shingles with new vents. The workers were efficient, knew what they were doing, worked extremely hard and long and did a great job. The project manager was on site much of the time and ready to answer any questions or respond to concerns. The new roof replaces one installed 19 years ago and the quality of the new roof greatly exceeds that of the previous roof. They cleaned up after they finished and did not destroy any flowers, shrubs, or plants. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Crew arrived on time and worked from sun-up to sun-down, then half the next day to finish (Len had told me it would likely take more than 1 day). Len did a final walk-around and answered all my questions, explained some installation details and went to out of his way to ensure I was a satisfied customer. We walked through my housing inspection in addition to looking at the roof in its present condition to better inform the conversation. He worked with me on the price, applying the Angie's List coupon and extending the warranty on the roof. During this difficult time after several snow storms and hard rains, their schedule was backed up. Despite this, they worked quite well to get the job done and left a quality product. Quality of roof and service was excellent. We have an older home. Award Roofing did our 1st replacement roof in 1995. We used an architectural shingle and was very happy with it. I never had to ask a question sbecuse they thorough with their explanation on the whole process. They were very professional. You have to do a lot of research on this company and they did everything. I was even able to upgrade my roof without much more extra cost. They cleaned up well and removed all the debris and every nail. My new roof looks beautiful!

Recent Review: This roofer does excellent work. His crew was punctual, polite, and professional. They covered our shrubs with tarp to ward off roof debris, did not damage my gutters, cleaned up after each visit, finished the job in 3 days. They magnetted up all nails at the conclusion of each visit. The owner, Greg Schantz, oversaw each day's work progress. His project foreman was always onsite and kept in contact with Greg, and kept me well informed of each day's progress; at job's end, she did a walk-aound with us to point out how they had done what they had done at each roof location. They installed metal coverings over my curved-top dormer windows - excellent installation, looks great. This was a GAF warranty replacement of an earlier GAF-warranted roof that was botched. GAF is the best roofing system/roofer in the county, with its 25-year Golden Pledge warranty!

Quality Materials Used. Roof looks Awesome. Great attention to detail...great cleanup...didn’t have to put up with huge, heavy container in yard because they have there own trailer for debree. Price was reasonable and we have a very steep roof! Price quoted was price charged. Honest dependable company that I will be recommending to everyone I know.

Recent Review: I would like to thank Mike with Hilltop Roofing for his great service. They repaired the eaves across the rear of our house a few months ago and we noticed a bad spot on one section. I called Mike, he came right out and discovered that the problem was not with their work but the seal around a vent pipe. The job took only a day and by the time I got home they were already cleaned up and with the exception of the new roof, I could not tell they had even been there. Todd was very professional and considerate of my time. I would highly recommend ARAC and Todd if anyone is considering a new roof. You will not be disappointed.
