Excellent, professional roofing (as far as I can tell) but poor customer service. My impression is this company is geared toward commercial work. They had been recommended by friends who own commercial buildings. During the big storm in January, the new chimney cover blew off. I left a message with my contact, who didn't respond for 10 days. I called again and finally about three weeks later they repaired everything at no charge. But again, the customer service was lousy.

Everything went very well and job was completed in originally quoted timeframe. My tenant commented that they were very professional and did a good job. Now only time will tell - my hope is to be leak free for the next couple of decades!

Chandler's did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend them when considering any type of roof installation and/or repair. The IB PVC thermoplastic roof was installed on the 8,500 sq. ft. Ashford Market, Santa Monica, CA roof in mid 2010 (zip code is 90403). This was an extremely difficult job as the old tar and gravel roofing system that was removed was very old and complex with a myriad of electrical conduit, gas and water piping, seven HVAC units, external HVAC ducting and a T-Mobile telephone antenna system with it's cable trays and six antennas. They also removed the old exterior HVAC ducts and installed new flexible ducting in the attic area and installed new platforms and condensate lines. Chandler's worked well with other subcontractors on the job and most importantly they worked very well with the City of Santa Monica Building and Safety inspector and the C of SM is not easy to deal with.

The reason that the price was $11650 instead of $9000 was because I went with the commercial grade vinyl roof as opposed to the residential. The cart was known as IB roofing which was supposed to be a whole lot better than the old ones that most people had. It came with a seven year warranty and I hope it would be the last roof I ever bought. So far, I have been very happy with it. I liked that the owner of the company came out several times to look at how things went. They solved some interesting problems on the roof that one would not necessarily have on other kinds of roofing. I liked the fact that they were able to solve problems that were not straight forward. It was hard for me to say anything on the price as I ddn't know what price it should have been. I would recommend them to other members.

Job was completed in a timely fashion is spite of some tenant conflicts and rescheduling. Found Casto to be very professional and willing to go the extra mile when the unexpected arose.

I called Jason at Precision Built Construction again as I always to, to construct a "Tough Shed" type building on the side of our home to store garden tools and a special generator to power our home in the event of a PG&E power shutoff. It was perfection! Painted to match the house, it will likely add to the value of our home when we sell.

A representative arrived to inspect my roof and later mailed me an estimate, in a most business like manner.

They were extremely busy and it took a few weeks for them to get around to our job. Once started they were fantastic. Great workmanship; quality work.

Flat roofs don't work around here. It didn't pitch right. They built a sky light too. They were backed up, they were busy.

They basically did the work within a reasonable amount of time. It was just before our rainy season and they fit us nicely into a busy schedule.

Matt was very easy to communicate & schedule with. He was prompt & courteous and gave us good advice after performing minor repairs on the roof. This is how the rest of these constructions should conduct business.

Tim is excellent owner of the company. He communicate well, his job performances are excellent, He did everything that he promised and beyond; he was very nice and patient. It was pleasure to make business with him. I have dealt with many contractors and Tim is definitely stands out. Excellent quality of painting job as well. Very impressed. I would recommend him any time and would love to do more business with him.

They were very good. They have a family business. They were very honest. They have been in the business from a long time. They gave me a discount as I was their regular customer. They were honest and straight forward. They explained everything. When I had questions, they came back and looked at it again and fixed it up. They were very responsive. I would use them in the future.

I couldn't be happier that I stumbled upon Advantage Roofing on my neighborhood list serve. Honestly, I'm always skeptical cold calling any business, but Dave was so awesome from the moment we spoke. He even responded to my desperate texts outside of business hours. They arrived to do the repair exactly when they said they would and were fully prepared. They were crazy efficient, super nice, explained everything they were doing and their fee was incredibly reasonable; most importantly, they really cared about the job they were doing and the service they were providing. Seems simple, but not so easy to find businesses with this ethic and quality. They earned my respect and trust. Advantage Roofing is now my "go to" if needed and I'll will happily refer them over and over again as an exceptional resource.

They go over and beyond in their work. They are prompt and efficient. A business rep actually came out and climbed on the roof to check out what work needed to be done.

Pete and his crew started the job when promised and completed all work in a timely manner. The project came in on budget and they did a beautiful job. Positive Results is an appropriate name for there business.

Excellent. They cleaned up and the workers were great. They were fabulous. The price was middle of the road but the service was great. They were a class act and a family business. I really liked them.
