This turned out to be a bigger job than Nick had anticipated, but his work ethic is remarkable. He worked solidly for 4 days, and was able to call on family members to make sure the project was completed before the weather turned. The finished result is beautiful, and the concrete repair cost far less than replacement. I highly recommend Pathfinder Concrete and Foundation repair

Im a very happy customer! Baker's staff across all steps from estimating and assessing the work, communication from their central office for scheduling and questions, and field staff who performed the work are all great! Each specializes and excels in an effective teamwork manner. Best part though is the end product, workmanship is outstanding. Highest recommendations here, awesome company

Brian came over after we had talked with several contractors about a concrete porch underside (in basement room) and one of those contractors made us think the concrete was in such a bad state of "imminent failure" that it needs a full replacement. So, while we continued to get quotes for a full replacement, we also asked a retired architect friend to give his opinion. He did not think concrete was so bad and he was glad we were having a structural engineer (Brian) coming over a few days later. Brian explained why he did not think the concrete was in need of full replacement (very expensive!) and also the damage was not a foundation/structure integrity issue (not "imminent failure"). We had spoken to several contractors and the cost to fully replace is upwards of 15-20 thousand dollars. From the state of the concrete, Brian did not believe the "symptoms" warranted a full replacement and that the more likely issue was simply that we never "sealed" the concrete with epoxy (and only painted the concrete porch). Given the sky-rocketing costs to do any home repairs, it seems more reasonable for us to do first level repair (not replace) that Brian suggests. Brian's honest and informative consultation (for free!!!) is piece of mind and a HUGE savings. We greatly appreciate Brian coming over to educate us - on his own dime. We will definitely ask Brian to come over again if/when we think we need an honest assessment of our home foundation needs

We moved into a new house this past fall knowing we would need a wall repair with anchors. I called Baker’s to ask if they could help! That evening they sent out Jon M who was a fantastic help with the process. Explained everything in detail, showed us what needed to be done, gave us the right price amount, set us up with the appointment and a few weeks later we had a new wall! Whenever Ive had questions with anything even to this day Jon has always been able to answer any questions and even get paperwork together that we needed. The guys who came to do the work were very nice explained what needed done did it in a timely manner and did a really good job! Thanks Baker’s!!

Joe and his sons do incredible work. Joe is the hardest worker I have ever seen and a perfectionist to the T. He will walk you through the process step by step to let you know exactly what the finished job will look like. In addition he is completely honest as to what a job will cost and where/if you can save money throughout the process. If the job is going to cost you more he will also tell you that upfront as well. My family is so pleased with his work. It is very hard to find hardworking and honest construction workers anymore. Most workers are hired by big corporations. The work they do is often either shoddy and you find that they have cut corners, or they do good work but charge you a fortune. Joe is very fair and reasonable in his pricing. I could also tell Joe was a hard working individual when I found out he grows most of his own food and raises chickens and sells the eggs. This man never stops. You are guaranteed to be pleased with his work

Work was excellent. I am a civil engineer and I understand the requirements for good earthwork projects and concrete placement. Gerry's workmanship, attention to quality, and the way he manages the job so the inconveniences are absolutely minimal is excellent. I have hired Hermann twice more since first job

Brian provided an in depth and clear evaluation of the situation. He and his crew were very professional and once they got to the root cause found there was further damage than expected. Brian discussed the finding with us and came up with a solution that was perfect. The day they came to do the work it was raining causing the ground to be muddy and the backhoe left marks in the front yard. They reseeded and covered the areas in hay and left the property in its original condition. They went above and beyond
