When Johnny Evans of Construction Trade Professionals came out to give us an estimate, his customer service gifts really stood out to us. He carefully listened to our plans to replace our deck and gave helpful suggestions as we tried to figure out a new staircase placement. We were impressed by his knowledge, thoughtfulness, and willingness to share ideas. He was the only estimator that took that time with us. Once our project began, we experienced Johnny to be punctual and incredibly hardworking. Johnny was here all day, every day of construction, working with his team. It meant a lot to have that continuity in communication, especially since we were taking a risk in reconfiguring some things. The deck turned out stunningly! It is so strong that our backyard neighbor teased that now our deck is holding up our house. The end product is beautiful and well-constructed. It certainly enhances the value of our home. It was clear to us that our happiness was important to Johnny and we are grateful to have worked with him on this project.

Excellent experience with Molina's Tree Service. This was a reasonably large residential project, with removal of 6 large trees (5 of which were on the opposite side of the house from the crane placement), pruning of the remaining trees and "red-tip" shrubs, removal of a row of evergreens, cleaning out of the flower beds, stump grinding of the removed trees. All was accomplished over the course of about 12 hours, in the same day. Ethan came for the estimate, and made several excellent suggestions, explaining in detail his rationale. I made several changes to their standard contract, which they were willing to accommodate, working with Dana in the front office. Communication was very good, with no surprises. The crew showed up promptly as scheduled, and their operations were a sight to behold -- very efficient and clearly the result of a lot of experience working together. Jorge, the foreman, was exceptional in his communication, and made several accommodations. His ability to keep his men moving was remarkable. The attention to detail was very good. In very close quarters for the crane placement, the crew was careful about placing one of of the supporting pads very near our little Japanese maple tree without damaging it. The bird house that had been attached to one of the removed trees was carefully removed and laid aside. Seeing that the job needed more support, Mr. Molina himself showed up with more workers and stayed to make sure the job was done by the end of the day, without interfering with Jorge's management. Nothing on the site was damaged, in spite of a large crane and two Bobcats at work. The site was left generally clean, with all debris (except one tree's worth of stump grindings that we wanted to keep) removed by the crew. Although the work required the crew to work in the street in front of our house, the traffic was still able to flow OK. I highly, highly recommend Molina's Tree Service for any similar work. I have great confidence in their work, having seen it first hand.

Checked all the boxes--well organized for scheduling and completing the job; respectful; arborist arrived as scheduled and provided a knowledgeable plan for our site and vegetation and a reasonable estimate; on schedule for tree marking and cutting/trimming; worked diligently, efficiently and carefully as a team; climbed and removed very tall pine and elm trees as necessary; pruned very large maple tree to improve the appearance and function for it and surrounding trees; hauled off large segments of big trees; chipped limbs and directed wood chips as requested near the street for our use as mulch; and cleaned up all debris. Our neighbor had recommended them for the great work they did on his giant oak tree. This entire experience was a model of how a company should provide excellent service. Will definitely use them again and recommend to friends.
