Major Gifts Stewardship Manager

Senior Product Manager, Fundraising Technology

You will be joining as a Senior Product Manager with the Fundraising Technology team, the team responsible for the donation-supporting infrastructure that enables the rest of the Advancement department to raise the funds needed to power Wikipedia and its sister projects (Wiktionary, Wikispecies, etc). Notable services the team provides include our self-hosted CRM, our payments processing library, and the banner display service. Your primary customers will be internal (including the payments team, everyone who uses the CRM, data analytics, and others) but you should also be comfortable with supporting our community of users in some limited circumstances.

As the Integrated Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing global multi-channel marketing campaigns, from objective-setting to evaluation, including go-to-market and messaging strategy, time and budget planning, as well as reporting. In this role, you will also coordinate and facilitate goals between multiple teams to advance better collaboration processes and build connected plans that help to showcase an understanding of Wikimedia work and brand recognition. Senior IT Systems Engineer

Wikimedia Foundation is seeking an experienced IT Systems Engineer to own solutions development, implementation, maintenance, and day to day operations surrounding our IDP systems and their integrations. This role will be heavily involved in both software and user lifecycle management, developing, and enhancing our standards and operations in those areas. You will be responsible for planning, assessing and operationalizing the technical process improvements of key workflows related to our IDP system as well as assisting our technical leads with our ERP systems. Wikimedia Foundation is hiring a part-time Data Center Engineer to work out of our data center site in Carrollton, TX.  This position will be maintaining and providing hands-on support across the hardware fleet of Dell, HP, and Juniper products.  The onsite presence will be a requirement, but the working hours can be flexible.  The majority of tasks will be worked out of Phabricator, and there will be a regular collaboration with remote colleagues in SRE and Finance via Coupa, Slack, and IRC channels.  A basic understanding and use of Linux will be necessary.
