I had been without heating for almost a week and the weather was below 0. I went on My Builder and my first response was from Pawel Kierbedz. I spoke to him on Thursday evening, he got the part on Friday and he arrived on Saturday and fixed my boiler. He was incredibly thorough and even pointed a couple of future repairs I should ask about when I have my next service. Very informative clean and tidy with a more than fair price.

This isn’t a problem with you,but one of your plumbers,Sam Deacon,of Saltash. I used ‘ my builder’ for leaking cystern,he did good job,I said I’d like a walk-in bath for my terminally I’ll husband,he said no problem,I paid £1,900, 20 th June,he messaged me August could do it after all,would refund me but so far - nothing! He doesn’t answer his phone,or messages,I can’t afford this loss but at least I can warn others not to use him

I wrote what the job entailed (re-grouting bathroom tiles and re-sealing around the bath) and only one person responded. However, it was good to know that he was interested, knew he could do the job and in fact did the job very well indeed. Once the person has reponded to your request for qote you have the opportunity to read their reviews and see photos of work completed. A bit different from Checkatrade, but I would use 'my builder' again.

We have used Mybuilder.com on a few occasions now and it's been really excellent. We have used the service for general building maintenance, gas, electrical and decorating services. There's always been a prompt response from someone and a selection of traders to work with. All have been pleasant so far and the system seems to work very well.

I recently used this website to secure a local, reliable builder for a driveway improvement. I got a number of quotes within a couple of days and found an excellent builder for the job, which was completed within the following few days and at a good price. Very pleased with the service I received as a result of using the website.

I was recommended by my brother of this website. I have to say if I didn't know of this website I would of struggled to find genuine hardworking people whom you can trust to do the job right. Very happy of this website and would recommend it to my family and friends.

Been conned out of my pocket by a company called hiline home improvement Ltd runned by an Irish guy called Micheal corcoran with his cowboy builders and scammers one named PJ another by the name ronan mcellin absolutely botch my flat roof and now Micheal is denying all responsibility he has since deactivated his account off my builder. Com so beware of that company

Arash and the team were beyond helpful. Gave me a competitive quote and did an outstanding job. The guys were as tidy as they could be and even worked on the rain.
Can’t wait for my new kitchen and bathroom… highly recommend them.

Sergio was brilliant! He did the job within the hour, left the area clean and tidy. I was happy with the cost. I’m very critical of standards of tradespeople and when I see one who has a strong, honest and reliable work ethic I believe that should be reflected in subsequent reviews so others may benefit. My Builder needs to hang on to him; for with Sergio they very definitely have gold in their team.

EXTREMELY Disappointed‼️.
After various excuses - Mother being ill, labourer had covid, & final one he forgot he’d booked his van in for an M.O.T which failed & the last I heard I would be first on the list when the garage had fixed the van.
Since then Nothing!
I’ve texted & phoned all of which were ignored.
Obviously a better paying job came before mine.
A simple phone call & apology would have done the trick.
What a Sad way to run a business ‼️

I was offered 3 tradesmen. I chose the one which was local. His prices were reasonable and he had good reviews. Because Kyle was local he was able to do the work between others. Very polite and he explained what was needed before he started. Work seems to be good and I am very satisfied.

As a tradesman looking for work on this site works out very expensive with less chance of being chosen as the system is making someone very rich.
All the shortlisted chosen have to pay the fee “mybuilder” have set. Something has to be done to make it a fair system.I won’t be back

So far we have used Simon Edwards for installing our combi boiler, he was/is great find & now going to use Phildavies for plastering, he starts Tues, pretty sure he will do good job too, so for us MyBuilder is the one to use

This site is great. As soon as my job was posted I had 3 job offers from suitable tradesmen. Very quickly an appointment was made and within a week the job was done. I am very pleased.

I feel that I picked the right person for the job and I'm very pleased with the work he did. I initially selected 3 possibles but I was a bit uncomfortable about rejecting the other 2 - but that's how it goes, I suppose.

I posted two jobs on My Builder and got suitable people almost immediately. Both jobs were completed within two weeks to a high standard. A very useful way to find good tradespeople.

It is so easy to use and you will always get a professional to do the job for you without any hassle and at a fair price as you will have plenty to choose from
I use them all the time and never had a problem.many many times I've used them on rental property 100%

Nick decorated my room with many internal decorating challenges that needed other good trade knowledge of a practical nature.
Nick is a highly talented craftsman; his talent goes beyond just simple basic decorating.
From the onset, he communicated well, approached the jobs methodically, met the agreed timeframe, and the craftsmanship was of the highest standard.
I was delighted with the result, a top-notch job.

Really enjoy my builder. It's a great platform for getting details for different trades and generally at a very competitive price. The only thing I would change is that if you shortlist people then they do not get your number straight away. I would personally prefer to message then get random calls. But other than that, it's pretty decent!
