Our Recent Initiatives
The OneTrust’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council provides a voluntary opportunity for OneTrust employees to encourage discussion and spark change. This one-year rotating council has helped establish unconscious bias training for all employees, a community grant program, two employee resource groups, and more.
The mission of the [email protected] Employee Trust Group is to create an inclusive space to bolster the voices of OneTrust team members from the African diaspora in order toto empower, collaborate, and build community. [email protected] is committed to the cultivation and development of employees across departments, locations, job functions, and organization structure.
OneTrust established our [email protected] Employee Trust Group to strengthen our global community of women and their allies in technology. As part of our community donation commitment, OneTrust currently partners with four diversity organizations so we can achieve our goals together.
