  Trying to do a large Renovation of a mountain house in Waynesville when we live in Florida isn't a easy task unless you have the right people helping - From the first call and through the first project and on to the second and third, Tomas was very easy to work with and reliable - Came when he said he would - called when he had questions - shared pictures along the way - made helpful suggestions - and all affordable even for the "mountain prices" ! When I thought I needed gutters cleaned - he looked - sent a pic and when I said lets do it - it was done that day. My wife is looking for the next project she can hire him for - Would highly recommen

  The removal and installation crews both arrived when they were supposed to, They had sufficient workers to complete their jobs efficiently and quickly and professionally. They were very good about cleaning up after their work. Their estimate was equalled by one other company and was lower (in one case substantially lower) than the others. I am completely satisfied with their work. I have used Yeager before and will do so again when the need arises

  If you are reading this review, then there is no need to look any further. Basement Masters sets the industry standard and far exceeded my expectations in my recent 1400 SF complete basement renovation. Their competitive pricing, superior attention to detail, impeccable cleanliness & courtesy and ability to adhere to a very strict timeline sets Basement Masters apart as the BEST!!! Pavel, the owner, is probably the most knowledgeable, dedicated and hands-on owner I have ever encountered, and we have done many home improvement projects in multiple houses within multiple states. He delivers a detailed, very reasonable quote before he leaves your house on the day of the estimate. He has a sharp, creative eye for design and at times sent multiple emails for suggested products to use, even late at night. He personally went to three different Home Depots gathering specific tile that we wanted to use for our large, ADA compliant bathroom. Multiple times we changed our minds on a selection, sometimes after it was already installed, and Pavel willingly accomodated our choices, almost immediately. Every single employee in Pavel's crew abides by the same expectation for excellence and delivers superior work with a very pleasant, dedicated attitude. 7 1/2 weeks after starting with a concrete slab, Basement Masters delivered an absolutely breathtaking basement "condo" equipped with a bedroom, handicapped accessible bathroom, gorgeous kitchenette, family room and a kid's playroom. On April 3rd, 2015 we welcomed my 84 year old grandmother into our home and her life as well as our own are forever changed. Thank you Basement Masters for bringing our vision to life and allowing Grandma to safely spend the rest of her days with us. All of us are forever grateful

  Working with Kevin and his crew from Taylor Made, to remodel my 1959 home, was a wonderful experience. The first thing I noticed about Kevin, and the reason I selected Taylor Made, was his ability to see and hear the vision I had for the remodel. In addition to that, he continually offered suggestions that would help make my vision a reality. Kevin continually kept me up to date on the remodel's progress and always had quick and thorough answers to my questions, extremely valuable qualities for this project, since the remodel was done long distance. When I had the opportunity to stop by and see the remodel in its early stages, I was extremely impressed by the quality of the work. It was easy to tell by the initial demo and framing that the work was top notch, with excellent craftsmanship. When I had to leave, I knew my remodel was in excellent hands, and that proved to be the case throughout the project. There were several pieces of this project that might have been challenging, but in every case Kevin was able to make my vision a reality. By the time the remodel was done, I could truthfully say that Kevin and his crew had made my entire vision a reality. I was thrilled with my new home and knew that the job was well done and to the highest standards. Thank you Kevin and crew!
