He assessed the job to be done, gave us a fair price and began his work. The tech brought in all equipment being careful not to mar furniture or walls. Our floors look AMAZING ! The tile is immaculate and the grout is now back to it's original light beige color. The grout sealer was applied by kneeling and carefully following the grout lines. It was a precise job ! Joe cleaned the carpets in 2 rooms. He cleaned floor tiles and the grout in a large area, then sealed the grout. He arrived on time (actually asked if he could come an hour earlier, which was fine with us). He was very efficient and professional. The price (which included a 10% Angie's list discount) was very reasonable. He even left us a botle of carpet spot cleaner. In all, a very positive experience.

Tile Renovations arrived at the appropriate time and cleaned the grout on our tile floors. The grout on our tile floors was black. After Tile Renovations cleaned the grout I realized it was actually cream colored grout. It is a beautiful color of grout and it made our tile floors look like new. He did an excellent job and so glad I hired him. I would hire him again when the time comes to clean the grout.

Dave's team did a outstanding job. I really appreciated that Dave recommended a color of Grout that went perfectly with my tile. The team came in and removed some old crumbling grout, replaced it with new grout and then on their hands and knees went through the grouted (with a sealer) all the rooms. The job took 2 day and the grout looks like I just put down brand new tile. The team was courteous and prompt and did a thorough clean up job.

Recent Review: James was on time and professional. He removed all old grout in the shower, and he and his helper replaced 4 tiles. The shower is 17 years old and looks great. They took pains to level the floor under the replacement tiles, and matched the grout. The tiles were in the kitchen and the bathroom, and you cannot tell which ones were the replacements.

Recent Review: Grungy Grout (John and Lloyd) cleaned 2 of my showers which were very moldy with lots of hard water deposits, pink-orange stains, etc. They were here for many hours, working very hard- and they went above and beyond to clean up my floor tile in the bathroom as well. I felt very comfortable leaving them here alone while I did errands. They were trustworthy, honest, hard-working and professional.

Recent Review: It went very well. It was the second time we used them. They were on time, very professional and very polite. They did what they were supposed to do. They explained very clearly what they were doing and that steam cleaning of the tiles, depending on how old it is, it cleans but it doesn't necessarily go back to new. They wanted to make sure that we understood the realities of using it on very old tiles.

Recent Review: We had used them to recolorize our grout shortly after new tile was laid as the original grout color was too dark. Over a few years the grout began to darken from normal usage so we called them again to give us a quote. They came out when scheduled and simply agreed to repeat what they had done before for the same price, giving us the same discount. The technician showed up when he was supposed to, thoroughly cleaned all the tiles and grout involved, then recolorized the grout by hand. It took him about three hours. We were able to use the floors being careful of the grout lines that night, and moved furniture back the next day. We waited another few days to put down a few area rugs. Now the floor looks brand new.

Our house was a foreclosure and while the bank had done some work, the floors were filthy. My first call was with questions and Becky answered the phone in less than two rings, very refreshing and surprising. She took the time to ask qualifying questions for my service and answer my questions about their process, etc. I called back later to schedule, it was equally as easy. The cleaning team measured and provided an more accurate quote, as I had ball-parked the square footage during scheduling. The team got to work and it took 3-4 hours to complete, sooner than expected. The tile and grout came out very clean and smooth to walk on. The bathrooms were missed on the original quote and service call, but this was really due to a miscommunication on my part. I scheduled a return visit and everything was completed. Very satisfied, will recommend to everyone who expresses need for the services that American Cleaning & Restoration have to offer.
