Chuck, the owner was Meticulous with every detail and even had some things redone because it didnâ t meet his approval. He knew what looked great and what looked average. He wasnâ t doing average. He was all about Great work not average work. It was important to him to have clean lines throughout the entire space. I really couldnâ t â seeâ why he had some things redone until I saw the end result. I didnâ t have that knowledge but he certainly did! I canâ t say enough what great hands we were in during the whole process. Our addition is a show stopper.!"

    "The design was wonderful, very creative. The workers were all amazing, hard working, did a fantastic work. Easy to have in our home. The addition was done while we were home and they were all very considerate. The project is amazing and we love this company. It is everything we expected and more! The owner was great to work with and the project manager kept us up to date with everything and kept us in the loop daily. He was very thorough and detail oriented. This team knows how the navigate the permitting process which also helped move things along. The final project is beautiful and spacious. It is even more the I imagined and completed our dreams for our home!! I highly recommend United Residential Contractors!!!! We are telling all of our neighbors about them!!! "

    "Very good experience in dealing with Creative Energy. They gave an excellent price to begin with so I didn't have to negotiate pricing and they also provided helpful insight in drawing up an excellent design. Work was meticulous, they cleaned up well after completing the project. The only issue I had was the project extended well into 3 months, wish it could have completed sooner so that I could have enjoyed the deck that summer it was built. Other than that I would definitely recommend then for any future projects. "

    "Overall good, but you need to be VERY specific about what is to be done, and get it in writing.. For example, the contract stated "new baseboards". I assumed that meant the old ones would be removed - nope.. (Actually, once it was discussed they did agree to do it correctly). Seemed like we had to constantly pick on lots of the little details to get things done right, but overall it was a good experience.."
