Delivery Dates
For specific delivery dates and cost options for any given product, click on “View Delivery Dates” on the “Tech Specs & Customization” tab on the product page and enter your shipping postal code.
2-Day Delivery
Order before 2pm CT Monday – Friday (except holidays) and select Expedited delivery at checkout.
- 2-Day Delivery is available for certain products in select zip codes in the Contiguous United States (Alaska, Hawaii, the US Territories, and APO/FPO addresses are excluded).
- Your order must be placed, and your method of payment must be successfully charged, before the Cutoff Time.
- Delivery dates may become unavailable due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity before you place your order. Your confirmed delivery date is included in your order confirmation E-mail.
- Order size limitations may apply.
- Any changes that you make to your order after it is placed may impact the timing of your delivery.
- Electronics, accessories and other non-eligible items in the same order may ship separately and will have a different delivery date.
- Orders financed through Dell Financial Services may be subject to a verification hold which will impact the delivery date.
- 2-Day Delivery may be impacted by unforeseen circumstance outside of our control, such as a strike, natural disaster, pandemic, severe weather, holiday or busy times such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

After receiving your order, Dell prepares and sends it by your preferred delivery method. Note that product availability and custom configurations may cause delivery delays.
- Once you place an order and as soon as the payment authorization is received the order will move to production stage (Dell-branded products) or getting ready for packaging (non-Dell branded products).
- The shipping method you chose at the time of purchase is applied AFTER your order has completed production/packaging. It does not include the time to build and assemble your order.
- The Estimated Delivery Date communicated to you at the time of purchase provides you an estimate of when the product will reach you.
- Your Online Order Support provides you with the most current status of your order as well as access to key features that help you manage your order.

- Shipment methods available are Express Shipping, Expedited shipping and Standard Ground shipping, however exclusions may apply (certain accessories, monitors and batteries).
- Free expedited delivery is available in Continental U.S. only (except Alaska). Other exceptions apply.

- There will be no notification prior to carrier delivery. The carrier link provided on your Online Order Support will provide the latest delivery information. Do I need to sign for delivery?
- The Shipment might require a signature depending up on various factors, including product type, price, delivery location Etc.
- If you are not available to sign for the delivery, you can arrange for another adult to accept the delivery on your behalf –at the same address.

- To help prevent fraud, we cannot change the delivery address after your order is submitted and verified.
