Promote OpenUK; support OpenUK on social media; where appropriate support OpenUK at Events including slides in your deck; aim to bring on board a minimum of 5 Supporters, ideally 10; and encourage Supporter Participation in Board elections.
Ambassador Benefits
Profile on OpenUK website; opportunity to participate in our events where limited in number; opportunity to write a blog for OpenUK ; attending regular Ambassador updates and participating in our Ambassador comms channels; joining Leadership Team social events through the year; input into the organisation, strategy and policy work over the course of the year; participation in our mentoring program; and opportunity to participate in the organisation of our first international conference in 2023.
Our first 10 amazing Ambassadors joined OpenUK on 18 January 2021 and we have increased this number to 50 but plan to keep growing this successful engagement with the Open Technology community and to include international ambassadors.
