What happens during the Veterans Engineering program

Training and Areas of Focus

Veterans have unique mission-driven values and skill sets. This program will focus on formal classroom and on-the-job training to help bridge experiences and skill sets from a military career to one in tech.

Mentorship and Development

The program matches participants with mentors who have preceded them on the path. They will work on a variety of skills such as communication, task and time management, transitioning to (or becoming a better) tech lead, prioritization, and focusing on impact.

Experience and Evaluation

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be considered for a full-time role at Meta.
