They barely put enough mulch down to cover the mesh underneath the mulch. We complained that not enough mulch was used and pointed out the spots where the mesh was showing. He covered those spots alone and the property barely got an inch of mulch. We called to complain again and he said he would be out that weekend to fix the problems and we never heard from him again. We also asked for 1-3 inch river rock for the pathway and it turned it 3-6 inch river rock and the rock doesn't stay down. He tampered it, but we are constantly tripping over the rock because it is too large to settle in the dirt. The rock he put down was much larger than we agreed and he didn't know that that rock wouldnt settle? he took the money and ran and didnt care about the outcome. Waste of money. Nothing but problems.

I think the job went pretty well. The quality of the masonry work was very good; they used good materials and everything looks nice. They made sure that everything looked esthetically pleasing but one issue they had was that they didn't finish everything at the end. The product itself is finished but where they had to cut into the grass they left it looking like dirt. It was a very good experience and everything was almost perfectly done but the finished product might have some rough edges. They are available all the time and answer all your questions. They know how to do all landscaping aspects so I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

They responded very quickly and they knew some of my neighbors and had worked for them. He seemed to be knowledgeable. I didn't use him because I wanted natural stone and he only did engineered brick so it wasn't a good fit.

Overall the experience went VERY well. For only $20 more than the cost of having a roll-of dumpster delivered (with the labor then performed by myself) he took care of everything, with an additional $20 thrown his way to remove additional debris. They started RIGHT on time, literally one minute after the approved work start time for the town (8:01 AM). All work was completed in one day with minimal to no wear on the surrounding yard. On one side of the shed we had mature ferns that we were worried about them damaging, but they were untouched.
