"Nick was fantastic. When he came to our Brooklyn Brownstone to give us an estimate, he discussed our options and made recommendations. The installation team was very professional and the work was very cleanly done. They were courteous, went right right to work and, respectfully cleaned up (removed all the old equipment and took it away). It was like they were working on their own home. Price-wise, they were about a $1000 less than their highly advertised competitors. In my 40 years of hiring plumbers, this was the best experience I've ever had.

Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately as the thermostat, had a replacement in the truck, and completed the installation of the new unit quickly. He showed me how to program the updated version, and everything seemed to be fine - until the next morning. Turned out the replacement was defective. When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge.
