Had to change appointment at last minute and very accommodating. Marielos and Beatriz were wonderful and did an excellent job. They were also very nice and did not have a problem with me or my daughter being at home while cleaning. So impressed that I am now having them clean on a regular basis.

The Harrell's are awesome. They take so much stress off of having to find time to clean the house. As a mom of two babies under two years old I can use all the help I can get. The Harrell's always do a great job and are reasonably priced. On the days they come I can not wait to get home to my fantastically cleaned and smelling great home.

I'm in the middle of going through closets and boxes in anticipation of putting my home on the market; I had hoped to have my house a little more straightened up before they got here but that just didn't happen. They came in and worked around my mess and helped tidy things up. I appreciate their assistance and everything looks nice. I will have them back once I finish getting the house ready for sale.

iableiable Povider did not dust as well as they should have. the house had been renter and had not been cared for as well as it should have . Kitchen and bath were not cleaned as well as posisble. However one of the workers was sick,which may have caused this.

Two house cleaners did basic cleaning for 4 hours. They were professional in their conduct. We have laminate floors and were not happy with how they looked (streaky) and we told them that we had mentioned that we wanted them cleaned with Bono. They had cleaned them with something else. They asked if they wanted us to redo them (they had only done the bedroom floor at that point) and we told them yes and gave them our Bono mop to use, as well. They redid the bedroom floor and used Bono and our mop on the rest of the floors and they looked great. They did a nice job cleaning the blinds and the baseboards and I noticed she also cleaned one of our air filter vents upstairs. (bonus?) Neither of them spoke English very well, but we were able to communicate well enough with them to accomplish the tasks needed. Our condo is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, approx 2400 square feet. We had them skip our spare bedroom and the water heater room. I thought the price of $149 was rather high. Our usual house cleaner charges $90 for 4 hours. (She was out of town and we had out-of-town guests coming, so I called Limpio to help out during a very busy time for us.) Overall, we were very pleased with their cleaning service. We would consider using them on a regular basis if they were a little less expensive. I noticed that they do spring cleanings and garage cleanings and I will definitely call them for those services in the future!

I have used Limpio for approximately four months. During my so called deep cleaning, I didn?t receive a deep cleaning and many regular items were not cleaned. Two people were sent and the older one was obviously upset and rude because she wanted to use her own cleaning items when I had requested my cleaning be done with my own supplies. In addition, she did not like taking any instructions from me. It?s impossible to use my cleaning items without some direction. She verbally stated her displeasure with using a real mop and said it was ?too much work? because she wanted to use her mop; which would result in her having to come back and redo the floor because the Swiffer type mop does not perform well on my tile floor. During the same visit the team refused to clean my son?s bedroom. My son is autistic and because they don?t understand what that means they refused to clean his room. They here about to leave and I had to demand that they clean his room. The younger person was outside on the phone while they didn?t finish cleaning my house. Absolutely nothing occurred including any actions from my autistic son during their visit nor was there anything different with my son?s room. Unfortunately, the owner Brenda lacks business skills and professionalism and takes it personal if you are not 100% satisfied with the work. Although they tell you to let them know if you have problems they don?t mean it and will turn on you if you complain. When I first contacted Brenda, I informed her I needed the team to start at 8:00am. She agreed to the 8am start time and has advertisement states her business hours starting at ?7am? and the truth is they don?t start until after 9am. On the first visit when her team was not there by 8;30am, I called Brenda. She then stated they would be there by 9am although she had agreed to 8:00. Since my second visit, she sent a different team who comes after nine when they get ready. While time may not be important to some, I need them to be prompt due to my son?s schedule. On one visit the team didn?t arrive until 9:20am. It was crucial they be there on time because I need them to clean a certain area before I get my son up and get him ready. It takes additional time to get him up when people are in the house. Brenda miscommunicated to her people that I needed them to hurry up and get finish early; which is not what I needed. I needed them to get there on time, clean the bathroom and bedroom so that I could get him up and cleaned up. At no time did I communicate to Brenda that I needed them to finish early nor did I need them to rush and get finished early. I specifically told her I needed to have them there on time at 9am; which is want she agreed to. They rushed through the cleaning, finished over an hour early and didn?t do a good job. How dare I complain yet again! My normal crew included three people. Maybe it?s just me; however, what a poor business decision to send three people on a job when the customer needs to communicate with them regularly and none of the three people speak or understand English; which was a major challenge. During my last cleaning before the holidays, two of the normal staff was out and a different person was sent. The quality of the cleaning greatly diminished. My answer is you are to pay the company to do the job regardless of whether or not they do the job. It?s really sad that they get upset when actually they are at fault. When I called Brenda she never returned my calls. She is Very Unprofessional!

every time will be new team in spite of asking for the same team. the new team will not know anything. the girls who were coming for cleaning were rude. will not clean properly. they broke so many things in my house. and will not even inform. they broke the pickle jar with all oil splashing on the kitchen floor. talking to management/ administrative team was another struggle for scheduling or any other request. they were more than arrogant at times. always some new charges without informing. Charging the credit card on file randomly. everything about this service is wrong. I wish they can be closed down so more people are not harassed.

I purchased a coupon for a deep cleaning but when they arrived, I was informed that for a first visit they would only work for two hours, so I needed to select what I wanted done. The cleaning was adequate but certainly did not reach the level of deep cleaning. I asked them to concentrate on bathrooms and kitchen and I still had to dust over the bathroom mirror, dust ceiling fans, and wipe out the inside of the microwave after they left. I would not have been disappointed in the work if I hadn't been expecting a deep clean as stated in the coupon. On the plus side, however, the two people who did they cleaning were very friendly and professional.

overall job was done well. however they finished quickly and missed a few areas i noticed after they were gone.

The coupon was for 4 hours of labor by 2 people. When I scheduled it they argued with me about fine print that said only 3 bedrooms could be done. That phrase was not on my coupon in the fine print, but I agreed to it. When they finished cleaning the 3 bedrooms and the rest of the house and there was still time left I asked if they would clean the 4th bedroom, which they did but could not vacuum since the vacuum had already been picked up. So they left without doing that, and also didn't do the kitchen stove or refrigerator cleaning, because they said it wasn't included. The cleaning they performed was good. I wasn't happy with the struggle to get them to do things, especially since they still left early.

Extremely detailed cleaners. Very friendly, punctual, and left the house extremely clean. They went so much to dust off bottles on a stand that I haven't thought of for at least a year. Extremely good workers.

Purchased the $167 special. Two women showed up, on time, and were pleasant. Price fair. I now use them every other week and continue to be pleased. Reliable. BF
