He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."

He came out the next day and was able to accommodate our schedule by coming late afternoon. I wasn't home when he did the work but my wife said he was very professional. I got a call from Matt and he was very friendly and accommodating on the time he could come and take care of our new home. The team came (husband and wife ) and were very professional and did a great job. I ended up paying for a whole year because the cost was fair but the customer service was extremely good. Since then I have added the monthly mosquito spray since I’m extremely allergic to mosquito bites. Not only did they come out and spray and the mosquitos aren’t here but Matt has texted me several times this first month to make sure the product he used is working for us. Again customer service!!!!
