Division of Licensing and Background Checks

As of June 1, 2021 our main office building has reopened to the public. However, most Office of Licensing staff have transitioned to telework and are not physically present in the building.

We recommend emailing all submissions to our office via the following means:

We do have staff monitoring the incoming mail on a daily basis in the event that electronic submission is unavailable to you. Our mailing address is:
