Recent Review: We returned home from a trip to find our tilt-up garage door was broken (there was a huge split at the top; it was 50 years old, so I'm not complaining). I called Campbell Overhead Door at 9am on Friday before Memorial Day and described my problem. Harry and Holly were at our house before 11am. Harry looked at the old door, declared it unfixable (no surprise), and Holly said that they could install an in-stock insulated steel roll-up door the next day. They took measurements and left; that part of the process took about 30 minutes. On Saturday, the work crew arrived about 11:15am and finished about 1:30. They were quick and courteous, and the new door looks and works great. They were able to re-use our existing opener (about 5 years old), saving us significant money. And the whole process took less than 30 hours from our first call - on a holiday weekend!

Recent Review: Service was excellent from start to finish. I needed to replace a cracked patio door just before Christmas, plus get an estimate for replacing the rest of the old windows in the house later. I saw online that many small contractors preferred Simonton windows over other low and mid-priced brands, and from there found CECS on Angie's List. I stopped in at the CECS showroom to look at their options and Gary Lee took me through them in detail and provided a general estimate for the replacement door. Gary came out the next week to take measurements and do an estimate on the rest of the house. It was going to be tight getting the door from the factory and installed before Christmas, but CECS called to let me know they could do the job on the 20th. The installer came on time and did a great job taking out the old door and neatly installing the new one (including chipping out the grout between the old aluminum rail and the tile patio floor). Recent Review: They are experts. We had a problem for 30 years with those doors and they came in with some specialty tools and put in two new doors. They work perfectly. It was expensive but they knew what they were doing. They did it without tearing the wall apart. They had a tool that reached in there. They put it in easy and nicely without tearing the place apart. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They specialize in pocket doors. They came and did the job and were very efficient.

Recent Review: After we had called Victor, we sent him our task list via e-mail. He came to determine the requirements in terms of time and materials and 2 days later he provided us an estimate. About a week later he came and worked 4 days straight, and very methodically and competently completed one task after another. On the last day he even had his wife helping him for a few hours, so he could complete the work on time. What we particularly appreciated was the fact that he preferred to repair things rather than replace them. He was able to fix a hall closet door which another handyman had told us could not be fixed. In the end Victor charged us very close the amount of his estimate although he spent more time than anticipated. We could not be more satisfied with his work or happier with his price.

Recent Review: Cliff showed resourcefulness in reusing the 50 year-old hardware. It was a struggle and took two hours, but it turned out to work better than I expected. He has been busy, so it took a couple of weeks to schedule time, but he came exactly when he said he would.

Recent Review: Ron did a fantastic job. The door he repaired was completely non-functional when he started. Now it slides perfectly and almost silently. He was in and out within a few hours. He cleaned up his workspace, the only way you would know that he was in our house is that the door now works. He charged exactly what was quoted over the phone. My husband and I are very impressed with his work and would recommend him to anyone who needs this service.
