1. Performed warranty work without question or charge, correcting the problem. 2. Replaced trim and sanded smooth the rest of the garage door posts as requested.

Kevin has worked on my home several times, including key contribution to the original project to build the house. Kevin does excellent work and is trusted to do the job right. I highly recommend him.

Adrian and his team were excellent. After the house was power washed the extent of the rot damage of the trim became apparent, Adrian was a great help in finding replacement trim materials that fit our budget yet maintained the original look and feel of the house. Highly recommended.

The back door of my house was kicked in during an attempted burglary. The first contractor I called didn't call me back, but Tim Smith did. He had a quote to me before the end of the day, and sent Gavin out the next day. The trim needed replacing, not only because of the damage caused by the break-in but also because it was too wide to allow for a standard steel door. Gavin did a great job all around, and even finished ahead of schedule. The door works perfectly, even with the changes in temperature that we've experienced since then. I was anxious to get the repairs done, so I didn't shop around for prices, hence the N/A for price in the rating. Tim quoted me $800-1000 because he wasn't sure how much work on the framing would be needed, but Gavin was so quick that he finished under the original budgeted time. So the cost was below the estimate.

We did a kitchen remodel & the cabinets were (unfortunately) of inferior quality & the initial installation was done very poorly (cabinets installed crooked, doors crooked, the product itself although theoreticaly "finished" looked unfinished). Alberto spared no effort to very detailed work adding trim, straightening the doors, reinstalling a particularly problematic corner door. He really made the best out of a bad situation (it turns out that if the initial instalation is screwed up, there si only so much you can do to remedy it - but Alberto did it & we were pleased). It is worth mentioning that we had three other handymen performng various work on these cabinets & on other matters, and Alberto was by far the best. I should also mention that Alberto also noticed other unrelated minor issues (e.g., faulty installation of a gargbage disposal) & corrected them as well. His rate is $150/hour & while that is more than most, we think he is worth it.

Jose did a great job. He was very fast and reasonably priced. He even came back to do some touch up work he noticed needed to be done on the walk through at no charge. I will be using him again in the future.

I have used Dave for several projects. He is honest and does high quality work. He keeps his commitments and his pricing is fair.

The quality of his work was impeccable and the results were fantastic- we could not have been more satisfied. He was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. He?s a gem and we highly recommend him!

I went with Affordable Remodeling Solutions for this project, and they subbed out to Michael for the installation of my double french doors. I can't say enough about how professional and thoughtful he was. Of course this was an exterior door, it was the end of Nov, and all the beautiful warm weather was the week before. He made sure that time from the removal of the old door and the installation of the new door was as brief as possible. He was very thorough and didn't mind me standing there and asking questions, while he worked, and was completely willing to do go the additional mile to make her completely happy with the install and finishing work. He takes pride in what he does, good work - and it totally shows in the end result. This was a two day project, and he was determined to have the old door removed and new on installed in one day - and then did the painting and finishing on the second (half) day. He was also very conscious of his clean up, as I have 2 dogs, a cat, and a small child running around. I couldn't be happier with the install, and would totally recommend and use Michael again for a future project.

After signing the contract, the scaffolding was up within a week and work was underway. They (with our approval) worked through the weekends to get the job done. Each day the jobsite was totally cleaned and everything was stored away so we didn?t feel as though we were living in a construction zone. We were extremely happy with the job the entire way through, and we?re thrilled with the end result. Cannot say enough good things about Richard and his team.
