    Comment: Hi there, I own a record store in Brooklyn, and have moved to a new location. I’m in the process of building it out, and coming to learn that I can hear the upstairs neighbors fairly well, and floors creak when they walk. It’s a big old industrial building with wood plank ceiling/floors and what I would assume no insulation. I really like the look of the ceilings, so am very hesitant to cover them up, and also I haven’t budgeted for another large cost to do some extreme soundproofing. I am wondering how much a site visit and consultation costs? Curious is acoustical caulk would help enough? Please let me know, as I’m looking to sort this out asap. Lastly, the ceilings are 16’ 8”, and the space is roughly 26’ x 35’ Thanks, xxxxx
