I wish we could rate Yovani and his team 10 stars. We contacted him to help us prep our home for sale. We originally requested quotes just for drywall, paint and carpet; but as we worked with the team, and found other small projects, we were SO incredibly thankful they were capable of supporting all of the finishing touches. Every step of the way, they were responsive and professional, they kept to the schedule we needed for listing our home, and worked with us to stay in budget. These guys do everything, and take pride in their work with attention to detail. When all was said and done, they did drywall repair, paint, new carpet, new LVT, fresh caulking in bathrooms, an INCREDIBLE job with some external trim that had been plaguing us (a complex bay window obstructed by decking), and hung a new foyer light (2 level, with scaffolding). They always protected surfaces before working and cleaned after their work. Yovani kept in communication throughout the project, always kept to his word, and delivered on a dozen key items. I canâ t say enough nice things. We look forward to recommending them to anyone who needs house prep or handyman work.

We hired SB builders and Bob to build us a new house in McLean. We had interviewed multiple other contractors, however, once we interviewed Bob with SB when you were right there and then that he is the right guy for this job. He is professional, his knowledge, his passion for what he does came right through during the interview.
