After much research and conversations with multiple contractors thankfully we ended up hiring AEC. Their communication throughout the preliminary process was superior to all of their competitors. They took the time to listen to our project needs and recommended the best course of action working with our budget. They used top of the line paints and skilled craftsmen on our job. The AEC supervisors were present at all times ensuring that everyone involved was meeting their high standards. At times even addressing minor things that were outside the scope of the job which we really appreciated. Attention to detail was key and they lived up to it. Besides the pristine paint job, we were very thankful for how delicately they handled our furniture and the great condition they left our floors in. Everything was covered and taped to ensure minimal cleanup at the end. Once the job was done we got to do a final inspection walkthrough with the supervisors. Weâ ve tried many contractors over the years and that type of attention to detail is rarely met so we were pleasantly surprised. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with AECâ s work and highly recommend them. We will definitely be returning should we need to remodel or update our new home. Thanks AEC

1257 Rogers Ave. The 4 story commercial building next door is being demolished & removed already, first unattach it, next, demolish and remove the 3rd & 4th floors and unattach it very carefully! Remodel it into 2 stories and make this new house smaller just like the old house next door! And then remove those metal storm shutters to give us back the skylight windows in our bedrooms because we live in 1253 Rogers Ave. 2nd floor! Adrese Harris Thank you!

Had A.E.C recommended for a renovation that I needed. They came in with a reasonable estimate and stuck within my price range. The work that Erik & his team did was executed in beautiful way. I m very happy with the end result. Highly recommend this contractor!

American Elite Contractors company and their crew painted the exterior of my parents house. They did an amazing job and the price has been affordable.
