    During some other work in our backyard last summer, we planned a spot for a future pool house and had electricity run specifically for it. Then we began looking for someone to build it for us the following spring. We had several bids but never felt like we had a good fit until we talked to Justin. He listened to our ideas and seemed to understand our vision for the project. We were already sure about what we wanted in the structure so Justin suggested materials based on our budget. They poured the concrete pad and constructed an open 20x25 foot shingled patio. An approximately 7x8 foot area was enclosed for storage and a bathroom. Water supply to and from the pool house was dug. Sheetrock work was done in closets and bathroom. Electricity was run throughout for lighting and ceiling fan. Justin gave us a lighting and fixture budget that was quite workable. Every group that was in our backyard (concrete, plumber, electrician, carpenter) was professional, respectful, and was helpful if we had questions. The only problem we had with the entire project was the time it took to complete - about 2 1/2 months. However, the end result was just what we wanted. We are quite happy with the quality of the work

    I am a happy, satisfied CPAC customer😊 Walter and Cannon came out to my property to see about my desire to have my gravel driveway blacktoped. I was very happy with the quote and asked them to do the work. A few days later they were here to do the prep work and said the asphalt work would be done the next day. At the end of the next day, I was very pleased and even the neighbors raved about what a great job CPAC did. I have a circular driveway about 500 feet from road to house and back to road with a turn around pad and a cut through. A lot of asphalt but I am thrilled about how much it improved the appearance of my property. The CPAC workers were polite and courteous. They also spent time making sure I was pleased as the work progressed and even spent time making sure the neighbors were pleased. Before they left they made sure the property was cleaned up. I would be happy to recommend CPAC to anyone who needs driveway work done

    Arlyn, owner, was completely professional, always answered all calls promptly and, again, professionally. His crew left a tidy site at the end of every work day. If they moved an item it was always replaced. The job was done beautifully and in a timely manner. The price was very reasonable considering this was a 3500 sq. ft. house with 24 ft. high ceilings in many of the rooms. I would totally recommend "Complete Drywall Service" for any of your drywall needs

    The two owners of this company - Charles Stott and David Davis were involved in every aspect of building our first custom home. They helped with site selection, picking and revising a home plan, and then offering great suggestions during the building process. When we had issues with the developer, they stepped up and went to bat for us! One year later, they quickly addressed the few issues we had (limited nail pops, a wobbling ceiling fan) and got the subcontractors back to get things rights.     Tom Hamilton is a rarity. I was forewarned about hiring a contractor and told many horror stories. Tom proved to be the exception. He was honest, punctual, and reliable. The building process lasted about 5 months and we talked almost every week day during the process. He kept me abreast of all developments so that we could address issues together on a timely basis, providing input and suggestions about various aspects of the work but leaving the decision up o me. I am very pleased with my new house and will recommend Tom to anyone who asks

    We had called a number of contractors to complete our project. We had a decent idea of what we wanted to accomplish. We could not find anyone that we felt comfortable enough with to even begin the project all for different reason so we turned to Angie's List for help and found Tom Hamilton and Hamilton Builders. There was a review entered for Hamilton builders that referenced a project very similar to our prospective project. The review of Tom was glowing. We contacted Tom and he was very professional and responsive from the beginning. His estimate was competitive but more importantly he gave us the feeling that he was the type of man that we could count on and trust to complete our project the right way. We were able to walk through and see two of Tom's completed projects, both of which were beautifully done and both of those customers also spoke extremely highly of Tom and his company. After a lot of searching, we had found our contractor. Tom's knowledge and experience were instrumental in allowing us to finalize our plan and make it workable. His ability to orchestrate the project and manage and coordinate the subcontractors was absolutely top notch. Every cost that Tom estimated and predicted was the cost. There were no hidden costs or charges. There are a few characteristics of Tom that make him stand out from any other contractor I have ever used or come in contact with. His integrity and honesty are impeccable. When Tom said something would get done it did every time. He managed each of his subcontractors very effectively and efficiently. He told us our project would take 2 months best case 3 if we hit any snags. He finished in 7 weeks. His communication was amazing. He was at the job site every day many times more than once and was never more than a phone call away. He would contact either my wife or I every day with a clear picture of what was happening that day. We texted or emailed often and again Tom's responsiveness was terrific. it helped so much that he was so eager to ensure that not only did we stay on schedule but that each step of the way, we got exactly what we wanted and had hoped for. I cannot say enough about each of subcontractors. They were all terrific in every way, all very good at their trade, and all very comfortable with Tom. Tom's attention to detail was exhibited by each one. Lastly each time we wanted to change something or if we saw something we wanted done another way Tom took care of it. A prior customer in a review said that they were almost sorry to see the project end because it had gone so well and I honestly feel the same way. To sum it up, Tom Hamilton is an 11 on a scale of 1 - 10. If we ever have another project to complete, and I hope that we do, I will not be looking for a contractor, I will simply be calling Tom Hamilton and Hamilton Builders. Both my wife and I give Tom the highest possible recommendation. If you want your project completed the right way by a man that is honest and completes the job on time for a fair, competitive, and reasonable cost, and is an absolute pleasure to work with, then Tom Hamilton and Hamilton Builders is the only contractor that you need to call
