"Exceptional service. I needed three door rekeyed and installation of one deadbolt. Josh quickly assessed the work required and completed the project to my complete satisfaction. He was able to get a very old mechanism to work, replacing the mismatched core and plate. No more hassle of trying to manage multiple keys for multiple doors. His mobile van is extremely clean and had ever item required to complete the project. I'd highly recommend Josh.

"It was great. It was easy to schedule and Jon came right on time. He understood the problems that needed fixing and had the parts necessary to do the repairs. Best of all, he explained to me what the problem was and what he was doing to fix it. So I had confidence in the process. Our doors have worked like normal doors for the first time in a long time (we had a different locksmith try earlier, without his actually fixing the problems). "As far as alarm service they seemed to be okay. &nbsp;The day we set up the alarm the police came twice because they had not cancelled the service when the previous owners moved, but the alarm worked and the police came quickly. &nbsp;The product worked as it should. &nbsp;The biggest problem I have was that when we signed up we were very clear that we only intended to live in RI for 2 years. &nbsp;However, when I went to cancel the contract was surpised to find out that we had been signed up for a 3 year contract. &nbsp;My fault for not reading the fine print and for trusting the sales person, but very disappointed to be taken advantage of and having to pay 75% of the remainder of the contract. &nbsp;Was also told by the person in accounting that he was on our side and would do everything in his power to keep us from having to pay that total and then never heard from him again. &nbsp;Good product, but beware the sale pitch and customer service. <br />
