"Our front door lock would not work at all so we couldn’t leave for an important day’s activities. Eugene came very quickly, tested the lock and knew immediately what needed to be done to fix it and did so. Because he had done that repair so quickly and the lock worked so well afterwards, we asked him to look at a back door lock that was a problem. He tested it and explained why it needed to be replaced and then did so very expertly and quickly. The price was reasonable. We would definitely call Eugene again for his very professional, prompt and expert help. We will highly recommend him.

"I needed 2 new deadbolts and all the locks on my new house re-keyed. Darin was really helpful during my initial call. He told me to purchase the deadbolts myself and he would install them. If he provided the goods then he would have to charge sales tax on the entire job. So I thought that was nice of him to help save me a little money. Darin was scheduled to come out around 10 but was late. He didn't arrive until 11:30ish. But he was efficient and the price was reasonable.

"Top quality repair job. My a/c duct leaked in the ceiling of my basement, leading to 3 spots of mold growth on the basement ceiling. I needed the mold spots cut out, patch drywall pieces installed & smoothed out, and the patches finished and painted. Don gave me a quote based on pictures & the description I sent him. I did not realize at first that the job would require multiple trips, but seeing how his guys performed their tasks & explaining to me why they needed a few days in between each step, I quickly realized they were doing a top quality job. I've had previous drywall repair people plow through a job very quickly, but Don's guys were focused on getting it done right, and not concerned about coming back multiple times. This was not the lowest cost estimate I was given, but the job was done so well, I know it was well worth it and I would use Punch Out Plus again.
