"Total Paving removed and replaced our 525 sq ft driveway which was 20 yrs old. The estimator called upon arrival in late-August 2020. The estimate was received via email the same day. The office staff was helpful in answering questions and prompt in providing referrals. The quote stated the turnaround time of 6-8 wks from signing contract and submitting deposit (half the cost) which proved to be true since our project started 7 wks later (mid-Oct). The crew arrived on a Friday to remove the old asphalt and prepare the base. It wasn’t until 10 days later (late on a Monday) that the driveway was reinstalled. We opted not to park in the garage during this period since the driveway base was 2-3 inches lower than the sidewalk and the garage floor. The length of time between driveway removal and pavement installation was not the 3-4 days stated on their project construction guide - - so be forewarned, this may also happen to you (due to weather, their other projects and equipment downtime). I was concerned that the driveway was installed when the air temperature was only 35 degrees but the crew and office staff said “we do this all the time.” I delayed providing this review until at least one winter had passed. Our new driveway is smooth, well compacted, with flush edges at the garage floor (no longer a bump) and the sidewalk. This company does a quality job, however, on their timeline.

"Pete was very reliable, very responsive, and communicative, and his estimate was fair for both options. His crew showed up (along with his dad, who arrived separately--he works closely with Pete and is very personable as well) pretty much on time (8:15) and Pete personally appeared shortly afterwards. I was impressed by the asphalt laying equipment -- all company owned. The crew tore up the top layer and the base (except for the driveway apron which had to be totally removed), was determined in good enough shape for a second layer. The work was done efficiently, and the end result is exactly what we'd expect from a professional company. I approved the addition of a polymer sealant and it looks great! I am very pleased with what looks like a very new driveway (edges angled at 45 degrees) -- the crew was careful with grass areas, stone areas and our plants, and left the area perfectly clean and cleared.

"TY and his crew (Ozzy with Asphalt, Luis with Brick) did an amazing job turning our one-car outdated driveway (25 years old) into a new beautiful asphalt drive! We added a landing pad for another car in the front as well as redid our front walkway. Luis' crew did a fantastic job with the brick and Ozzy's crew equaled that with our asphalt drive. TY was helpful, extremely responsive, and dedicated to doing us right by his work. He was quick to reply back with any questions and communicate any ideas or scheduling changes. Luis and Ozzy were also very kind and their crews worked really hard to deliver what we think was an amazing end product! The only small caveat was that they did not fill the hole in our small patch of grass in front of the walk despite TY telling us that they would, and there was a bit of clean up on our end after they left (sweeping, spraying down the patio, etc.) Not a big deal to us, but figured it was worth mentioning here. I would absolutely recommend working with TMW Enterprises as their prices were fair and descriptive, they were very responsive with communication, and all of the crews were punctual, kind, and hard-working! They even let my nephew watch them for a bit and engaged with him. If we need any paving work done in the future, we'll absolutely call on them. Thanks!

"It did take a couple months for work to be done but it was well worth the wait. The price was in the middle of the 3 quotes I received. They had received better reviews then one of the other quotes and the other wasn't rated. That's why I went with Irish Castle. They came when they said they would. "I am very glad to give a reference for The Creative Approach Builders and Remodelers, Inc., Steve Lauer, owner; on our recent basement construction. We purchase our new home and wanted to finish the basement. The square footage was approximately 2100 feet of unfinished area. After the drawings were submitted we agreed on 1300 sq. ft. of living area. The rest would be storage. From the start to finish, everything was done very professionally. Through putting up the framework to the laying of the floor, the workers were efficient and knowledgeable. The best experience o the construction was our personal input in every aspect.
