The person who greeted me was friendly and helpful. The process of actually getting the order in was slow, as the salesman told me that he types slowly. Once we got the sign ordered, the salesman told me to expect it in a week. Keep in mind that I initially entered the store because of their name: Signs by Tomorrow. A few days later I received a proof which was fine and I okayed. All in all, it took 3 weeks to receive the sign. The quality of the sign is great. I'm 100% satisfied with the quality. I would only use them again in the future if they could guarantee me less of a wait time.

We used Creative Signs in early 2016. We needed to replace an aging and confusing sign that was approximately 2? x 3?. We had been turned away by Fast Signs given the scope of our project. Brent was incredibly professional and helpful the moment we walked in. We gave him our ideas and he promptly came up with an exponentially better idea than we had thought of. The final product was amazing and suited our needs perfectly. The sign has been *invaluable* to us and the community it serves. Various members of the community immediately noticed the sign and how impressive and so much more helpful it is. Along the way, Brent kept us informed and was extremely efficient. Both my husband and I only had high praise for him and would strongly recommend his services without any hesitation. The price was absolutely fair and the quality was unparalleled. To say he exceeded our expectations is a vast understatement. Brent mentioned that he hasn?t done much advertising due to the success of ?word of mouth?. I understand that completely now and would be honored to recommend him.

Signs One Hour Phase III are local, provide excellent work, and have fast turn around. The sign was done in a few days which I thought was a good reasonable time because it was large, complicated, and a few people had to work on it at the same time. It was not a one person job. They have also lettered trucks for me.

We asked for two yard signs for our company so we can placed them outside the houses that we work. Also, he provided a decal for my truck, with glossy and good size letters. Pat did a great job, he was very professional and the quality of the product was great too.

Barry, the owner, helped walk me through the entire process, from finding out where we could place the sign, if we needed a permit, getting permission from owner of property to place sign, through to developing the sign. Not sure of any other company that would help through the entire process like this company.

Allegra's service is excellent. They are professional, courteous, and responsive. They perform their work in-house. They provided me a reasonable project completion date and time, and finished 1.5 days ahead of schedule. I would definitely recommend Allegra Springfield for printing and sign preparation.

Called this company for an estimate, they were the second bid that I had gotten. I got a call from Phil. He was prompt, helpful and great to work with. They beat competitor prices and the service was great.

I came to Preston Signs with a request to print a unique sign. It was to be and is being used for family functions. They were very cordial, laid out the design while I was there. Interaction was helpful. I came back a few hours later and and quot;Joilaand quot; the sign was ready. Would definitely use them again.

It was a very personalized service and also very prompt. Since Wetchco is not a franchise the price was a little bit better and he was really flexible in working with me.

Could not be worse! First of all, the owner of Sterico told me that his company had made the signs for the rest of the development in my community (there are almost 9,000 people here). I found out that he did not make the signs, not one! Before I knew that, I believed him and contracted him to duplicate the signs that he "had made," color and dimensions. Just the addresses and court name would be changed. Secondly, it took almost a month after we were promised the sign for it to be ready. Apparently, the paint was wrong and they had to redo it two more times. Say what? Thirdly, Sterico was to call me before the installers came to put in the sign - and I received a call from guys saying they were lost. I gave them directions, and after seeing a truck go by me two times in 15 minutes, they finally arrived. As the sign was being installed, I noticed that the color was NOT like the others and that the posts were not the same color as the sign. THE KICKER? The materials that I had signed for on the contract were switched. I called the owner, Steve Christner, and he said he decided the new material was better. Again, WHAT????? I would not accept the sign and the installers laughed and said they wouldn't, either. They said a LOT of bait and switch happens with this company. Needless to say, I found out they did not make any signs for Leisure World and I found the company that did. They were a tad more money, but the sign was perfect and the warranty terrific. Steve Christner refused to answer my calls regarding any of this. Beware of this company and this man. Totally lied outright and - though I can deal with errors and mistakes - I cannot deal with unethical people.

Trudy was very helpful. I got an estimate for a stop sign to place on my private property to alert bike path users of oncoming traffic from my hidden driveway which also crosses the bike path on its way to the public street. I would use Preston's to make the sign if I thought a sign would solve the problem, but since Falls Church City has an ordinance that no cars are allowed on the bike path and my driveway crosses the bike path and is getting increasing traffic making it a public safety problem which the City refuses to acknowledge, I've been rethinking whether or not a stop sign on my property would make any difference legally or otherwise.

Every time I have used Master Graphics, their service has been exceptional: prompt, high-quality work, friendly and helpful staff, and a price that always surprises me for being so economical. I can't see ever going anywhere else for the signs I need.
