GREAT TASTING EXTRAS
50% of the hand-picked Pinot Gris grapes were crush-destemmed, and 50% whole-bunch pressed. The grape juice underwent cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks for approximately 14 days. Careful winemaking has ensured the retention of floral and fruity aromas.
Perfectly complements shellfish, sushi and delicate Asian dishes. Also good with cheddar and bresaola.

We very much enjoyed this wine
Very nice Wine, Full of flavour, and really smooth.
We’re not usually fans of pinot gris but decided to give it a try as we were really more interested in the Bacchus. We preferred the latter but were really pleased with the pinot gris too – much more to it than some of the Italian wines made with this particular grape variety. We are looking forward to visiting Bolney soon when undoubtedly we’ll purchase some more!
Our plan was to buy the Bolney Pinot Noir but reviews said Bolney whites are really good so we thought we would try a couple. The reviews were right – an extremely decent Pinot Gris. I am sure we will buy some more.
