The technician examined the roof and determined it was severely damaged and needed to be removed and replaced. Contacted my insurance company who reviewed the photos and other documentation and agreed that a new roof was needed. The crew came out as scheduled and in one day totally removed the old roof down to the bare wood and installed a much superior roof. This was over 3000 square feet of roof. Crew was very efficient and almost zero debris left after they were done cleaning up. I would hire them again in an instant."
