"Had Nick come out to give an estimate on what it would take to repair my sprinkler system. The original system was installed by a do it yourselfer and honestly wasn t done very well. Nick walked through each zone and examined every head. He advised me on which ones he thought had to be replaced, may want to replace, and were good. And he did not pressure me to decide which ones to do. He did the job quickly, effectively, and Without surprises. He kept me in the loop the whole time when he found an additional sprinkler head that was buried in the yard and leaking and fixed that too. Fantastic work. On a side note: he was very personable and considerate as well. When I told him that my daughter naps between certain times and my dogs will go bonkers if he rings the door bell, he was extremely considerate about making sure he didn t wake her up or bother the dogs. I really appreciated that."

"I worked with Archer to design and build a steel frame, 20' x 20' composite deck off the back of my newly built home. He was honest and answered all my questions promptly during the build process. He moved 2 sprinkler heads/lines before construction of the deck began to ensure they were out of the way and would not be damaged. When I had questions concerning the build and was worried about certain parts of the build, he let me know what was standard (and the way they were working the project) and still gave me the option to make the change that I was concerned with. I appreciate his honesty during the process and guiding me through the process of having the deck built. Even with winter weather delays, the deck was finished in under a month! Now I have an amazingly beautiful deck to enjoy as the weather warms up and I cannot wait to use it this summer! Also, during one of the walkthroughs, I noticed the nails were popping out of my gate on my fence. I was working on these when Archer arrived. He took a few minutes and threw some deck screws into the gate during the visit! He didn't have to do this but I greatly appreciated his help! Thanks again to Archer and Premier Construction for the wonderful work they did! I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know of looking for deck work!"
