Nick and his team did an outstanding job. He was very thorough explaining the process as they were grinding the concrete surface, cleaning the surface, applying coating and flake, drying, scraping and applying finish coating. Color we picked matches house perfectly and the finished product looks awesome. We are totally satisfied with process and product on front porch, screened breezeway and outdoor patio.

Jon Ford of Ten nails construction took on a very different and difficult window job for us.The project required not only re designing the windows and window size and configuration but also adapting the exterior wall to accommodate the new window size.The scope of the project included Modifying interior wall and stairs to adjust the new design so that the modification would appear if it appear it has been a part of the original construction.Jon ford and his crew were always professional and considerate of their work interacted with the home.We could not be anymore pleased with the quality of the finished product.We would not hesitate to recommend Ten Nails to anyone needing Home modification/addition work done. This was an existing deck with Rustoleum â Deck Restoreâ that was 20 yrs old. Company removed by grinding and removing 1500 sq ft of old material, cleaning and preparing smooth surface, and applying colored SunDek product. This was a massive undertaking. This included urethane rubber installation between deck and pool coping, and all seam joints whether expansion joint or cut joints. 8 day job, non-stop including weekends. Contract was a very good estimate, 10% at time of start and the balance on SATISFACTION, not completion. This is a unique service aspect. we are very satisfied with the product and its application. Staff doing the work is competent, friendly, not messy, and cleaned up all debris and removed. Office staff prompt, communicative, and excellent support for the field workers. Overall I would recommend this to anyone needing restoration of pool decking. Five stars, thumbs up, give them the nod, whatever other accolades that you use.
