Subscription service is available for the following products:

Subscription Service: Subscription management

Manage your subscription through the partner store or Internet services provider from whom you have bought the subscription. If you experience problems with subscription, or its term has expired, please contact us using contact information in the license certificate you got when buying the licenses.

Terms of changing the number of licenses within the subscription

• If the number of licenses increased, tnew cost will be applied starting with the current payment period.
• If the number of licenses was reduced, new cost will be applied starting with the next payment period. Payment for the current subscription period is counted for maximum number of licenses used ordered for the current period.

Subscription Service: Known issues

• When the subscription expires, it is impossible to synchronize data with the licensing server. 
• When the subscription term is changed on the licensing server, out-of-date information is displayed in the Add key task properties.
• In the subscription properties, the information about license term in days is displayed (the information is irrelevant for subscription licenses).
• Canceled subscription is displayed as active.
• Adding activation codes to the installation and standalone packages of Kaspersky Endpoint Security is unavailable. You can add the activation code in the Protection Deployment Wizard.

• In some cases, when the subscription is stopped, the product changes its state to non-functioning instead of functioning without database updates.

• Subscription information is not updated in Kaspersky Security Center.
• When the subscription with the fixed term is used, the field License period limitation type is empty.
