"Abraham, the owner of Renovation 360, called me back immediately to set an appointment to come out to my house the following morning at 8am after I contacted his company via Home Advisor. After having contacted several other companies that either were late or never arrived at all; I can tell you that Abraham arrived to my home at exactly 8am. Abraham arriving on time let me know that he wanted the work and was going to be very motivated to finish the job in a timely matter. Renovation 360 repaired a Huge crack in my ceiling that numerous people repaired in the past but never did it correctly. Abraham and his very well qualified crew, David and Armondo, did an OUTSTANDING job basically removing a huge section of ceiling and then replacing it with new drywall and mudding the entire ceiling. Renovation was EXTREMELY EFFICIENT, worked over 9 hours the first day only to take a 1 hour break for lunch. In addition to repairing our ceiling, Renovation 360 framed out and finished 2 Closets (Trim and all) and hung 2 brand new closet doors. Renovation 360 has Fantastic workers and their attention to detail is spectacular! I was thoroughly impressed. Mauricio, who is Abraham's Carpenter, Did an unbelievable job custom installing 2 closet doors and all the trim into 2 closets that were not even standard size closets. Our house was built in 1954 but the renovations that Renovation 360 completed make our house look and feel like it was just built! Last but not least, after completing the above mentioned work, Renovation 360's painter, Enrique, came to our home on the 3rd day and started painting our whole ceiling and crown molding at 9am and was cleaning up by 2pm with no breaks! When Abraham came to my home on Monday morning he told me they would be completed by Friday of the same week (4 days later). I never write reviews however, I had such a positive experience with Abraham and all his crew from Renovation 360 that I had to share my positive experience. Abraham and Renovation 360 delivered on EVERY promise and more importantly on their TIMELINE! He said they would be done on Friday and sure enough, Friday at 5:45pm his crew was cleaning up and left my house as clean as it was when they arrived on Tuesday morning. I hope Abraham and Renovation 360 reads this review and just want to Thank them again for doing such an excellent job and quality work on our project! Renovation 360's price was spot on and their work was very high quality and most important extremely detailed oriented with all their work. If you are looking for a company who is honest, does excellent work, delivers on every promise, for a competitive price; then Renovation 360 should be the only company you consider. "They showed up on time, and called if ad ate had to be changed.They torn down an old screened porch deck on the second level of my home; tehn rebuild and painted it.. Also replaced and painted some odd and end things of my house. They are going to place a floor and hang soome doors later for me. i was treated with respones and kindnees. "they exceeded my expectations: they painted the trim on my old back door, they painted my dingy old downspouts making them appear new, etc. alex told me that he did that because he wanted the whole house to look good, not just the siding, because it was his work to make everything look great. i compared him to one other company and chose him because when i asked them both 'how many gallons of paint will it take?' Alex said 9 and the other guy said 7. this told me that Alex was going to do a more thorough job.
