Yesterday, we had a refreshingly pleasant experience with Oscar Figueroa and his roofing team from Osmil Roofing, LLC. They’re based out of Lake Worth and are a small business. I think we’re the second people on our street to use them, and we’re so glad we did. Not only was Oscar professional, responsive, on time, and delivered exactly what he promised, but he was also happy to do so. We’ve lived in our community since 2004 and have hired many local roofers during that time. However, we’ve never found one that impressed us as much as this group. The work we hired them to do required a higher than usual skill set because it involved removing, repairing, and then reconfiguring some exterior rock face. The two roofers who did the job made sure that the finished product not only looked good but would also prevent future rainwater damage. Oscar also warrantied the project for a year, charged a very reasonable fee, and provided a quote for replacing our entire roof that was better than the others we’ve received. After getting quotes from others, this company was price conscience, and competitive. Everything is handled professionally from their office operations to the labor, all is under control. Surprisingly, (as this is not the norm as it has been my experience); they were on time, prompt to reply on work progress and any concerns I had. Responsible with their scheduling and work ethic. Plus they are efficient, courteous, and clean ( this was impressive too, as they picked up and cleaned after the work was done) . My roof was done just in time from some heavy showers received a week after and I all is perfect! The work was great. I can recommend 100% and will use again when needed.

They came when promised, from what i hear a rarebit for roofers. From the pictures they showed me of the work they did a highly professional job. When the foreman of the finishing crew told me he had been with the company over 16 years that helped explain the quality of the work. I would recommend Altec.

They were very professional, spoke great English, and worked very long days to get the job done. Had a project manager on site at all times and my point person Curt was super nice.

He showed up on time and he sent the actual person who was to do the job with the material right on schedule and he got the job finished before the day was done.

Roofers can be thugs. Eugene was a Prince. Niven, his roof inspector, sent photos of my flat roof which needed re-coating in white 100% silicone directly to Eugene, who appraised what was needed promptly. Maybe a tad pricey, but Eugene's clarity, knowledge and experience with Florida's climate convinced me I was in good honest hands. The human tone of any business is always set at the top; the workers who did the coating were polite, tidy, and thorough. Next year, I have to clean and re-coat with white acrylic the pitched shingle roof of my house .... I will not even bother getting a bid from anyone else . Robert Ober
