He had his lead carpenter Mike install a steel post according to specifications we got from our structural engineer. Chad completed the work on schedule exactly as we needed it done and cleaned everything up.
Luis is skilled craftsman. He is very conscientious, hard worker, detailed quality of work and is of highest quality output. We had Crown moulding installed, painted along with custom sizes. Luis and Danny did a great job on this project and I plan to now use Raymond business for future projects. Well Done Luis.

From the office personnel, I believe are Nikki and Alisa, to Dan Buccola, salesperson, Tim Supervisor of Window installers, Mark, Dustin & Chris F.. I could not have asked for a better company to speak to, have to my home, upgrading all my windows. They were respectful in safeguarding all of my furniture, walls, floors from being disturbed. Their craftsmanship and work ethics were beyond what I expected. To top it all off when they left their was nothing for me to do but look out of my new windows, while I sang I can see clearly now.... We hired this company to build a cedar fence with several gates. The work was done well and we are very pleased with the result. They demoed the existing fence, installed the new one and left the property clean. They worked from early morning until after dark to finish. We had a couple small issues and they addressed them with no complaints and only wanted to make sure we were happy.

It was time to remodel our bathroom downstairs. We got several estimates and we decided to go with Schwalb builders, mostly because they have been around for over 14 years.
