They did a great job on installing the water softener and purification system. At the same time they were installing the system I also had an electrician working pn finding why one of my breakers kept tripping. The electrician spent 2 1/2 hours and couldnâ t fix the problem. The electrician wanted to charge me another $500 to find the problem. I said no. The problem was that the water softener was also connected to the same breaker. Once the electrician left the Orbit workers offered to look for the reason the breaker was tripping. The didnâ t want to leave with the softener not plugged. In and not working. The 2 Orbit employees cheerfully started looking for the GFI responsible for breaker that kept tripping. THEY found the problem in 10 minutes and fixed the problem. They fixed a problem in 10 minutes that a 41 year electrician couldnâ t fix . The water softener was turned on, my breaker wasnâ t tripping and I was super happy. Oh yeah, my water is soft and taste great. You canâ t make up stories like this. Super happy with Orbit. Highly recommend Orbit. They were on time and did everything they promised and more.

Excellent experience from start to finish.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff from the receptionist that scheduled our initial review and water test to the technician that installed our system. Water quality is outstanding, noticeably softer and better tasting than before installation. I highly recommend Kinetico for your water treatment needs.

It's easy to feel vulnerable when it comes to plumbing estimates. In this case I felt like the estimate was provided by someone who really knew plumbing and also happened to be a salesman. An estimate I got from another firm was from someone that felt like a salesman who knew a little about plumbing. Much preferred the AIM Plumbing approach.

I have had problems with my water softener so I started to do my research and I went to look at Angie's List's for a local company and as soon as I posted my concern on there Michael called me.i explained that I just moved here 3 weeks ago and I had been having skin problems because of the hard water and 2 people came over and gave me an estimate for the system but one price was over my budget and the other was ridiculously expensive ð
Michael had called me as soon as I posted my concern which was late at night. I explained all my concerns and he explained everything back to me.
He promised me he will come the next day and he came and installed a new water system. And he did everything he promised me .
he gave me a price on my Bugget and thanks to him I have clear and clean water .
I really recommend Michael from the bottom of my heart to resolve all your water problems ..
The most important thing he was very kind and treated me as his family .
He came on time which was very important to me.

Professional sales experience. I didn't feel pressured to buy the product or to agree to a deal I wasn't comfortable with. Installer was early and courteous. Cleaned up after himself as he worked. He explained the product clearly and was good conversationalist. I feel I'm getting more than what I paid for.

First off Culligan is a name synonymous with water treatment. That being said using them for our water treatment needs was a definite. The sales rep Dan that came out was great, I let him know that I was unfamiliar with water treatment systems and he took the time to explain everything about the system and show me each piece of equipment. Dan also didn't oversell me products and equipment that I didn't need as we will be getting city water in the next few months. He did explain my water was unsafe to drink and we needed an under sink Reverse Osmosis system. They then sent out the service tech Nick to do the installation and he was great also. He worked very neatly and cleaned up everything and took the trash with him. These two gentlemen were not only very professional but, also very respectful of our home, taking their shoes off before entering without even being asked. In speaking with Dan I found out that this company is family owned and that their employees have all been there for extended periods of time which speaks volumes for both the owners and it's employees as there is little turnover in its staff. We HIGHLY recommend Mast Family Culligan for any and all your water treatment needs. We will definitely be calling them back in the coming months.
