After much discussion we decided to have a whole house system installed. Greg West, Regional Manager, was amazing! Greg explained the entire system and the benefits we would see, and he was 200% correct. The installation took place when we were gone, Greg was there to ensure all went well, again going above and beyond! We can see the benefits from our drinking water, laundry and showers! First off Culligan is a name synonymous with water treatment. That being said using them for our water treatment needs was a definite. The sales rep Dan that came out was great, I let him know that I was unfamiliar with water treatment systems and he took the time to explain everything about the system and show me each piece of equipment. Dan also didn't oversell me products and equipment that I didn't need as we will be getting city water in the next few months. He did explain my water was unsafe to drink and we needed an under sink Reverse Osmosis system. They then sent out the service tech Nick to do the installation and he was great also. He worked very neatly and cleaned up everything and took the trash with him. These two gentlemen were not only very professional but, also very respectful of our home, taking their shoes off before entering without even being asked. In speaking with Dan I found out that this company is family owned and that their employees have all been there for extended periods of time which speaks volumes for both the owners and it's employees as there is little turnover in its staff. We HIGHLY recommend Mast Family Culligan for any and all your water treatment needs. We will definitely be calling them back in the coming months.

The reverse osmosis system is fantastic. After testing my water as well as every kind of bottled water that I had I was shocked by the poor quality of all of it. My water and ice cubes are pure now. I highly recommend this company.

Wow! Just when I thought everybody was is business for money and not the quality of the work, I was so wrong for GM WATER , the guys came out and right away I could feel the love and pride he feels for his customers. His personality was amazing like I have been knowing him for years. Other companies had gave me a estimate of $800 dollars more then what he had gave me WOW! and quality of the work he did ! He went beyond what he charged and did more at no extra charge so unbelievable. But please don't take my word for it the next water problem you have on your home just give him a call @239-281-6849 so you can be amazed like me and my family was and the price you cant beat it. I have been living here my whole life almost 60 years and /i build houses so I know quality. Professional sales experience. I didn't feel pressured to buy the product or to agree to a deal I wasn't comfortable with. Installer was early and courteous. Cleaned up after himself as he worked. He explained the product clearly and was good conversationalist. I feel I'm getting more than what I paid for.
