Unacceptable. Befort Roofing did not repair the leak. After the original repair was done, I was informed by the property manager that the roof was still leaking. I contacted Befort Roofing numerous times about this issue. Befort Roofing repeatedly claimed that it would perform follow up work, but never came out the fix the problem. It looks like the job was done well. We had some heat coils up on the roof and we asked them to reinstall them after they were finished. They did not do this, and I was disappointed with this.
