"Bruno from New World Roofing showed up on time to provide the estimate. I pointed out the trouble spots where there were clogged downspouts and overflowing gutters during heavy rains. He asked permission to climb on the roof and take a look. He removed a piece of felt paper left over by another roofing company from a new roof installation about 5 month earlier which was partially blocking the downspout. He then proceeded to the other clogged drain and unblocked it. I had to stop him and tell him this was only supposed to be an estimate to do the work. He said this was nothing and just solved both problems in minutes. I hired New World Roofing to complete the rest of the gutter cleaning.
