Craftsmen and Gentlemen We hired Mike and his men to replace planks and refinish our deck, along with painting our railings and screen porch. They have also replaced the ceiling fan on the screen porch and refurbished our doors. When damage to our chimney enclosure was discovered, Mike provided expert repair at a very reasonable price. Best of all, these hard-working gentlemen have been punctual, polite and have provided careful craftsmanship to all of their tasks. We are so pleased with their work that we’ve already contracted them to do a complete renovation of our master bathroom. We could not be more pleased with the work and the men doing it. Overall, the work was messy and inadequate. The project was to enclose an open room with a door and wall, fix wood flooring, and paint the interior of the room. The paint job was quite messy and Mike Lanigan (our constructor) did not take the necessary precautions to tape/cover things that should not have paint on it. He ended up charging us over double the amount for flooring (a 10 x 10ft room) when other constructors gave us a quote for only $200. I understand there were a couple frustrations that grew during the term of this project like not having the right quality of paint and such but this could have been avoided if he told us after the 1st/2nd coat to buy him better brand of paint. Instead, he blamed us for giving him a difficult project and us not knowing enough. We did not appreciate this, and we ended up having to pay $610 more than the original quote.

What can I say... not enough. Mike Lannigan takes pride in his work. He gave my 15 year old townhome, which I had been renting out, a much-needed facelift including repainting, re-carpeting, plumbing, misc. repairs, tiling, exterior bay window repair, and even a deep clean. He is honest, prompt in work time and responses. Not only is he thorough and professional in his business ethic, but also is a caring person. I would recommend him in a heartbeat and look forward to working with him again in the near future on my own home.

I can't recommend Mike enough! We were selling our home and had multiple projects that needed to be tackled before listing it both big and little. He walked through and was able to address every issue, including a large basement clean up and remodel. He was on time and was very easy to communicate with (including being patient with me while working through all the decisions). He was aware of our budget and worked hard to meet or beat it. His work is clean and finished impeccably. I have no doubt that his work resulted in us getting $6,000 over our asking price! I will absolutely hire him again and look froward to working with him in the future.

A Little Bit of Everything, LLC was exactly what I was needed when seeking a company to perform long overdue, major repairs on my home. The scope of work involved a second story deck replacement, painting of kitchen cabinets, master bath tiling with a shower redo, and complete renovation of lower level of house post water damage from eight years of bad plumbing, just to name a few. Mike Lannigan, the owner, is a one-man show, so one must have time and patience. The payoff is exceptional quality from a well-organized, reasonably priced, self-motivated, highly skilled, and trustworthy person. He takes a vested interest in his clients, so do not be surprised when you consider him a member of your family. Gaining Mike as a friend was an added bonus. I am having him return for the Phase II projects, and I realize I am in the back of the line behind Mike's other clients. I am more than happy to wait.

Mike did a wonderful job putting up the swing for Zach. Since Zach is autistic he needed the swing for sensory input and Mike donated his time on a Saturday. Always good work and he cleans ups after finished. We highly recommend Mike for his quality work, fair price and integrity in his business.

Mike Lannigan has been fabulous each time we have used hime for various jobs in our home. His professionalism and timeliness makes him a true professional. We have referred him to neighbors as well. We would recommend him to anyone looking for someone who can do just about any job you need.

Great experience working with Mike Lannigan of A Little Bit of Everything, LLC, remudded the walls of my garage, painted the garage walls and completed a mosaic glass tile backsplash in my kitchen. The work completed by Mike was very professional and the price charged was very fair for the work completed. His work was completed timely and I liked the fact I felt comfortable to allow to them to complete the work and know the work was going to be completed right.
