He was great in communicating the details of the job, gave a reasonable time-line (he completed even sooner by a day), was reasonably priced, took into account my taste and gave excellent suggestions. As for his work, it was impeccable. He built a beautiful brick wall surrounding and above my fireplace and added an oak mantle. It was even better than I expected or imagined. I will be hiring again to paint and perform complete other projects.

I reported this company to Home Advisor because the company was not returning my calls, texts, or e-mails. I got a little anxious. I didn't know what to think. I got this company off of HomeAdvisor, I knew little about this company other then picking it from Home Advisor. Did this company walk away with my furniture. I was worry. Not returning call, texts or emails Finally I spoke with the company and my furniture was delivered today 4/17/2021. Mr. Arnez apology and said he had been sick. The Rattan furniture is beautifully refurbish. The workmanship is outstanding. I will be using FurnitureDoctors3 again. I am just sorry for the broke in communication. That why I rated this company 3 in customer service. Always get back with the customer on updates. Other than that the quality was excellence.

I had an old ornate chair from Syria that was very detailed with inlaid pearl. Unfortunately, two of the front legs splintered, making it unusable. Luis fixed the chair within a week, and went above and beyond by laquering the whole thing, too! Luis was fast, communicative, and performed the service for a competitive price. Bonus points for being COVID-aware and wearing a mask to my house for pickup/delivery. Thanks, Luis!

They fixed my dining room table end chair in a week (was told it would be 10-15 days) and restored it to a better state than it was after it was originally damaged during a recent move. Very professional, friendly, and at a great price. They even delivered the chair to me when I was unable to make a scheduled appointment. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and would certainly seek their services for any other future furniture repair needs.
