I was extremely impressed with Thermo-Shield staff, from Cayden coming out to give us an estimate to Eliajah and Victor doing an excellent job blowing in the insulation. Cayden really knows his stuff and that was why we went with Thermo-Shield. Eliajah and Victor seriously worked their butts off and were very professional doing their work, on time and cleanup. The guys at Elevation were easy to work with and pretty quick to follow up with my initial request and get the installation of the insulation. Pricing was great and they made the rebate process a breeze, deducting the rebates from the total cost. There were some hiccups with the overall experience, but overall Elevation was a great value and got the job done. I’m already noticing a difference in the house and am ready for the warmer summer months.
After I inquired about upgrading my attic insulation Marcos called and set up a visit for the next business day. He showed up on time wearing a face mask which I appreciated. He invited me up into the attic and pointed out my current level of insulation and explained what I needed to upgrade to code. He answered all my questions. Job scheduled for the next afternoon and completed in 2 hours. I was invited to look into attic and was shown my insulation level was increased as promised. The crew was on time, courteous and cleaned up after the job was completed. The price was right on and Marcos added baffles for my attic vents to prevent the blown in insulation from being moved by airflow. and also insulated my attic opening cover with a piece of foam at no additional charge.
