We had two doors framed and installed, custom shelves made and installed and cedar shake replaced on the outside of our house. All the work is excellent. The custom shelves look amazing. We highly recommend Cody. All work was also performed on time and at cost.

Steve Bobbins is a true professional painter. He painted several rooms in our newly purchased home and repaired some ceiling openings cut by our electrician. (The electrician called the repair â impeccable.â ). All of the work was done to top quality standards, including wall prep, and 2 coats of paint. When the flooring installers messed up the baseboards and sloppily installed shoe mold, Steve was able to turn it into a good looking job by filling and painting the baseboard and trim. He took good care of our home, cleaned up daily, and worked for several days when we were out of town. Steveâ s pricing seems quite reasonable, and he was always careful to update the contract as we added new work. We highly recommend Steve and will certainly use him again.

I hired ML Handyman Services do replace weather stripping around doors and windows. They completed the job in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I also had them remove an air conditioner from the shed and seal the opening. Additionally, they showed up on the job on time.

When we bought our home 30+ years ago, we knew we did not like the Popcorn Finish on the ceilings and agreed to immediately put it on our redo. The redo for the ceilings always got pushed to bottom of the list. It finally became a necessity in December 2021 when, with the development of cracks in the ceiling. The several thousand dollars we spent for this update was probably the best money we have spent on our home in these past thirty years. Oh, the difference it has made!!! The aesthetics of our ceilings are far more than nice, they are absolutely beautiful!
