I had contracted with two other licensed roofing contractors and continued to have a leak. Both had made quick fix patches that were very profitable to their companies, but did nothing to improve our situation. Bone Dry Roofing came in and tore out the inferior patches and replaced the membrane theway it should have been done the other two times. Our home was only 8 years old, County inspected but started leaking after the one year builder warranty Medallian Homes gave for the new home. I just wish my builder would have been concerned enough to have hired someone like Bone Dry Roofing in the beginning. As a former contractor, I appreciated the professional quality Bone Dry provided and getting my leak finally fixed right.

You will probably talk to the owner Raymond. I liked his experience and the way he explained his procedures. He doesnâ t cut corners on materials. He gave a fair and acceptable price. The work was done efficiently and clean. I am very satisfied using him.

Because of the pandemic this past year, shingle roof manufacturers had scaled down on the availability of shingles and colors. Some colors have a long backlog and others are available immediately. Robbie from SCM Roofing (phone: 813-XXXX) is up to date on what is available, listens to your needs, follows through, and he is a very knowledgeable, courteous, dependable and competent professional. I trust and like the GAF Timberline HDZ shingles, and I pleasantly settled for the pewter gray color shingles installed by SCM roofing in May 2021. The new pewter gray shingles look sharp and make a good contrast against my white house. SCM Roofing crew did a superb job installing and cleaning up the site after installation. I even got matching color roof vents, etc. I have only good things to say about Robbie and SCM Roofing. SCM Roofing is a top of the line roofer. Highly recommend.

AKVM can not be easier to work with. Ben responded immediately to our request for a quote. He was patient, courteous, answered all our questions and satisfied our concerns. The quote was very competitive, although the roofing materials are of a much higher quality than proposed by others. The crew arrived on the day and time promised. They were very cautious about protecting our landscaping, and at the end of the day there was no evidence of their having been here except our handsome new roof. Ben followed up a few days later to make sure everything was in order, and that we were fully satisfied. My wife and I highly recommend AKVM for any roofing needs.
