I was in need of a minor roof repair during the week between Christmas & New Year's. I reached out to several contractors and either left messages or spoke with someone. Most of the ones I left messages for never even bothered to call back, while those that did call back never provided an estimate nor followed up to schedule an appointment.
Hi-5 contacted me and said they would send someone out to take a look. Nick came out on New Year's Eve and said he would type up an estimate and left saying, they would be happy to help out. He also said that he would try his best to try and get someone out asap before the next snowstorm but he cannot promise. I told him, "I appreciate the effort and if someone can make it that would be great." Then on January 11, 2 workers knocked on my door and said they were here to fix my roof. It was a bitterly cold day but they came out to fix my roof. It turns out that only about 5 shingles from my ridge vent needed to be replaced. Within about 20 minutes the guys were done and my roof was fixed. A call was made to Luis and the price was adjusted to reflect the labor that was done.
I truly appreciate Hi-5 for coming out and helping me with my very minor roof repair, especially after so many companies did not even bother to return calls/messages. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the communication from Luis on the day that the workers showed up. I had no idea that they were coming the day they did. One of the workers said, "I think he called you." I told him that no one called me at all. I checked my email and there was an email that was just 2 hours old. Like I said a minor issue but a simple phone call would have been welcomed. Thank you again Hi-5 for coming out and I would definitely recommend you in the future.

They are reliable: there on time as arranged . Very, polite and friendly, explains what they are doing well. Took a lot of time to find my leak so they could fix it right.

This was a very positive experience. Osslund roofing was recommended by our handyman. Steve and his crew did a great job replacing our roof. The crew was friendly and professional. Great job cleaning up. We've received lots of compliments from neighbors. Steve uses a high quality shingle. We had the roof replaced about 3 weeks ago and since then we've had some good rain showers and I'm happy to report no problems at all. Steve takes care of a lot of roofs in the area and has been around for a long time. Thought his quote was reasonable and he stood by it - no funny upcharges or weird things to deal with during or after.

Quick thank you to K. B. Construction ... our roof showed signs of leaking during one of the last run of rainy days and I came across their contact info from another recommendations on Facebook. They sent someone by the same day I called, took some pictures and was able to get a crew scheduled within a couple of days. Their crew was quick, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves...

Wise Guys contacted me within hours of my quote request and arrived at my home at exactly the time they scheduled my free estimate the same day. After inspecting my leak inside they repaired my defective flashing on my chimney up on the roof. Their price was very reasonable and the repair person was really knowledgeable and professional. Angelo & Frank and their team did a fantastic job with our property. We had full tuckpointing done on a 2-unit building, a rebuild of the entire parapet wall and a complete tear-off/replacement roof.
