They did excellent work but seemed overcommitted to other jobs. There were days when no one was working on the project so it took longer than anticipated. Maybe that is normal for renovations. They addressed any problems that came up promptly, so I would recommend them for similar jobs.

Very patient and professional. Hernan, the Project Manager, was very professional and responsive. Unlike many other contractors we've hired, Hernan was on site every day to make sure things were going well. He was very receptive to constructive feedback and requests for minor deviations. Hernan and the Sales Rep, Scott were extremely helpful in finding us solutions to the nationwide supply shortage. Transblue is absolutely one of the best contractors we have ever hired, and we plan to bring them back for future projects.

It was a pleasure hiring Mr. Estevez to remove a small partition wall separating our dining room from our living room. He did a great job with the removal, patching the hole on the adjoining wall, and painting over it. He was even gracious enough to paint the rest of the wall just to make sure everything matches. If you're looking for an all-around Handyman who is honest, affordable, and does excellent work, look no further than Mr. Estevez.

Luis was very responsive to my quote request, calling me less than an hour after I opened this project. And less than an hour after that, he was on site to do an assessment! Very communicative, familiar with technology tools and efficient. We will be doing business again.

Hands down the easiest team I've ever worked with. Mackie came out and checked what was needed after I sent some pictures and within a few days, he had someone out here to fix our issue. Worth every penny. Mackie was responsive and overall a great person to talk to. He explained everything and even gave some advice. Brian came out to do the work and he was courteous and quick, while ensuring I knew what was going on.

The patio replacement went very well from demo though installation. JP Companies was very communicative with the flagstone and options - and detailed as to the steps for the replacement.

CM Hardscapes cleaned our HOA's long brick retaining wall, replaced the damaged bricks, and repointed the broken mortar. The wall looks better than it has looked in decades. Our neighborhood's resident retired mason looked over their work and said, "They did a great job!" The company had the lowest bid of the five companies we contacted. When Bill and Mack came out to take a first look at the project, they were under the impression that we wanted to replace the entire wall. The first words out of Bill's mouth were, "I've got to be honest with you. This wall doesn't need replacing." So . . . bonus points for honesty and professionalism.

Called and they sent someone right over, Agreed to a very reasonable price and work was done to my satisfaction. Would surely recommend. .
