Ths job was to replace 18 stairwell doors and jambs with new doors, thresholds, jambs, closures a handles and gaskets in a Pompano Beach Condominium. Old doors had failed Fire Department inspection. Door project required a permit and doors etc had to meet Fire Codes in Pompano Beach. Contractor finished job by stuccoing around jambs, caulking and painting. Wonderful job. On Budget and on schedule. Wonderful crew to work with. Lew knows his business!

I had two bathroom remodels (both bathrooms totally gutted) and Vance completed the work in under 6 weeks. It would have actually been done even sooner but had to wait for shower tile backorder. He and his workers showed up EVERY day on time and worked 10-11 hour days as they knew the work was disruptive when you are still living in the home. Vance helped me pick the tile and even went to pick up my freestanding tub rather than wait on delivery schedules. I am not easily pleased (I'm Italian!) and it was such a smooth remodel and the bathrooms look exquisite. He is extremely fussy as am I and I actually raved about him so much in my office that an attorney is now using him for a bathroom remodel. The attorney even remarked Vance was there ten minutes prior to appointment which in Florida you hear nightmare stories of companies/workers not showing up for weeks. He is a man of his word and said I'd have two bathrooms in 4-6 weeks, which I did, even during a pandemic!! All his workers were equally as professional, and NEAT which is critical as you're already being displaced so it was an added plus they were so conscientious about where they stored items/tools! Highly recommend!!!!!!

Had 4 estimates...Titan was the only one to tell me about the repairs I would have to make to install new impact sliders! Which included adding more tiles to my existing floor (luckily I had saved 20 tiles for 20 yrs!) Or that they would have to move the doors onto the concrete block. They were the only ones would told me I could have 2 sliders..both moving. AND they came in with the lowest quote of all 4. Their work was flawless and inspection passed the first time! They cleaned up and took all the trash with them! My sliders are beautiful as well as new cabana door! Charlie and Josh did a great job. I would highly recommend them for all your window and door replacements!

Jerry has now completed two challenging jobs in our new home. Both projects involved building custom, large barn doors (one for our bathroom and two doors to close off an office). Jerry did a magnificent job!! Jerry has great craftsmanship and knowledge. He really cares about his work and our level of satisfaction. Jerry is easy to communicate with, he is pleasant, good natured, punctual and very responsible. He showed us the progress he made with our project every step of the way. Custom work takes time, and it was definitely worth the wait. You can't rush perfection! I would hire Jerry again without hesitation. Thank you Jerry!
