He was hired based on requirements from my township to confirm water run off would not fall into other properties due to introduction of new patio construction. He was very involved and on top or things and knowledgeable. He was successful in achieving my approvals with this town and I was able to proceed with my patio.

Frank Roscoe not only did a very thorough inspection of my home, he also gave me advice based upon the benefit of his experience as to what needed to be addressed and a rough idea of the costs involved. I was impressed with his knowledge and ability to explain what was needed in layman's terms. He gives a very clear and detailed assessment, that addressed and explained everything along the way. He provided his report in a concise and timely manner. In short, I would highly recommend him and his services, which are clearly a benefit to any home owner.

I hired AHI, LLC Oct. 18, 2021 to perform renovation of standard size bathroom that was really do for an upgrade. Both the construction contractor Omar and project manager Pam came out to review the work that needed to be performed and wrote up the contractor accordance to what I wanted to have done. I gave a time for them to report on site and Omar came on time each day as requested. We discussed how I wanted certain things to be placed. Pam worked with me with picking out the floor tiles and backsplash. She was very patient as we looked for the perfect tiles as well as selecting a paint color. Pam and Omar coordinated with the electrician and the contractor to perform the tub restoration which turned out looking brand new. If there were any issues with the construction of the project, I called Pam and she made sure that it was taken care of before the final punch list; job completed on Nov. 15, 2021. I would hire AHI, LLC to perform other projects.

Our 40-year old home has developed several interior and exterior cracks over the years. I hired Design Depictions to understand their causes and make sure we do not have a structural (e.g. foundation) problem before addressing the cosmetic issues. Michael spent far more time than I expected discussing, reviewing, and analyzing these issues. One of the cracks formed in my daughter’s room shortly after we renovated the house in 2008. The architect and builder were not able to diagnose the issue on this non-weight-bearing wall, but Michael came up with an explanation very quickly based on the location of the wall relative to the joists. It’s so nice to have this mystery finally solved! Michael followed up the meeting with a detailed analysis describing the causes and remedies for the cracks he observed. I couldn’t be more pleased with Design Depictions. I will definitely recommend and use their services again.

Doug was extremely professional, courteous and provided a detailed and timely analysis report for my use. When I called his company he listened carefully, set up an appointment for the next day and arrived on time. I would definitely hire him again and will recommend him to my neighbors and anyone else.

Charles repaired and updated our 27 years old screened porch. He covered our stained wooden porch with vinyl (inside and out) and added windows with screens. It turned out amazing. Charles has years of experience. His knowledge of construction is outstanding. His crew are extremely skilled and respectful. Charles made sure the foundation of the porch was structurally sound before any other work was started. Charles met with us many times to discuss the design/plan before the work began. He was patient with us as we changed the design many times before the work begin. He listened to us. The materials he used were the highest quality. His cost was reasonable and fair. I was very paticular (picky) about what I wanted and questioned every phase of the project - Charles listened and was kind, patient, and worked hard to achieve what I wanted. He answered all my questions and listened to any concerns I had. You will not go wrong if you hire this company. I hope Charles will work with us again for future projects.

Mr. Patel was very professional, polite, and courteous. He was knowledgeable in what he was looking at. Not only was his report good but he was able to give advice that extended above and beyond his report.

Adam, from Structural Engineering Solutions, was thorough, meticulous, and professional. He took his time explaining the cause of the problem and the available options to fix the issue. Turns out my contractor had misdiagnosed the issue. Adam provided great advice on the parts of the project I could do myself and the parts that were best left to a contractor. Definitely would recommend talking to Structural Engineering Solutions before talking to a contractor.
