"After two blockages in our sewer line over a 4 month period, we determined that the line from our house to the county sewer had sunk in the middle and needed to be replaced. We had a very competitive estimate from Marines Plumbing and proceeded with the work. On day one, they were here right on time (actually 30 minutes earlier than promised) and they got to work quickly. Needless to say, digging an 11 foot deep trench 40 feet across our yard is no small task. Wet, rainy weather made things even more challenging but they got the job done. Of course, several gas, electric and sprinkler lines were exposed during the process, but a visual inspection before backfill determined that everything looked good. The work was completed and I was told they'd be back after the weather warmed a bit (the work was done in early March) to repair a few 'divots' that were created in our neighbor's pipestem by the excavation equipment. When I called in April, they came out and took care of it a few days later. Also in April, I turned the irrigation system back on to find there was a leak underground, near the area where the work was done. This was a little odd, as all the pipes looked intact before the area was backfilled. After a call and email, the crew came back out and worked with me to determine the source of the leak. The crew found it, dug down to the line and repaired the leak. All told, a major problem with our sewer line was a very positive experience. I can't recommend these guys enough and won't hesitate to call them the next time I need plumbing help.

"Very smooth process from start to finish. Received call from A-1 in response to Anji request regarding slow laundry drain. Gave an estimate over the phone. Booked the appt for next day. Bert the plumber called to say she was on the way. (Yes, Bert is a woman, no judgement please). Told her the problem and showed her the clean out port. 15 mins later, pipe was snaked and cleaned out. She even stayed to watch washing machine fill and drain on highest water setting. Went above and beyond to ensure other drains worked ok too. Recommended monthly bioenzyme cleaner. Simple credit card transaction to finish. About 30 mins total. Price was a little higher than hoped, but service was definitely A-1.
